Layna and Julien came running up the stairs and into the master bedroom before looking nervous. "He is okay, I told him that I will not stay here until you guys apologize for what you said to me." I told them blankly and I smoothed Mason's hair so he would calm down.
I was about to walk out the door when i felt Mason tug on my sweater "dada, i know your mad at mommy and daddy but will you stay with me tonight, we can sleep in my room" he asked softly but quickly trying to get over his nerves "yes baby, i can do that, but you are going to be my focus not them. Well stay in your room "I smiled as he squealed and launched himself at me.
I laughed as we both fell to the floor. Despite the fact that I was mad at Layna and Julien, Mason didnt do anything wrong and even if he did I would still be here because that's what I'm supposed to be here for, is Mason. Me and Mason were sitting in the screen room when the door opened making the projector pause, mason turned around to see who it was to find Julien, "daddy cwose da door" he yelled "sorry" and the door closed starting the movie.
Julien came in and sat down next to me since Mason was sitting in between my legs in the recliner. I looked at Jay and just stared "did you need something jay?" he looked at me and paused for a second before speaking "im sorry, Layna won't apologize right now but i am, i want you to be here with us, i want you to be Mason's dada" he said as he looked at mason.
