(Julien's pov)

We were driving home when suddenly Mason squealed, causing me and Preston to turn around and look at him, thank god I was at a red light. I looked out the window to see Preston's restaurant.

I smiled knowing that since we were with Preston we wouldn't need a reservation, making a reservation at his restaurant was a pain, one because it was really popular so the list to get in is literally all the way into next year. And two because the food is amazing and it didn't cost two hundred dollars for a two by two inch square of steak.

As I parked the car Mason started squealing and trying to open the door.

I looked at Preston and at that same time Mason got the door open, something that I never thought he would be able to do given his age (1). Preston got out of the car and walked around to Mason, when he opened the door i could hear Mason's protest as Preston popped his hand for opening the door, he could have broken his finger's.

The two boys came back to the passenger seat and we sat there for a minute so Mason could calm down. "We are buying him an infant style carseat and he will sit in the middle from now on. Him opening the door scared the shit out of me." As I looked at Preston I could see that he was genuinely scared of what could have happened. It didn't take me long to order the car seat that we deemed fit for Mason, if he couldn't sit in his seat like a big boy then he doesnt get that option anymore. When we got out of the car Preston was carrying Mason and I was holding his free hand.
