We probably went the wrong route in talking to Peyton, we just assumed that he wouldn't want this kind of relationship and that he only wanted us. I felt bad for making Peyton feel the way he did, Peyton had left the room and took Mason with him.
(Peyton's pov)
I cant believe that they assumed i didn't want Mason. It upset me, of course i knew Julien and Layna before Mason had joined their relationship but that doesn't mean that I can't love this little boy just as much. I was gently pacing around the room holding Mason while he slept. I know that it may sound a little weird but it brings me comfort to be holding him.
Mason was starting to stir in his sleep so I gently coaxed him awake and waited for him to wake up. I smiled when i saw his beautiful eyes "hi baby" he giggled and looked around "mama? Daddy?" He said quietly, I sighed and carried him downstairs to Layna and Julien. I am not going to stay here with those two until they apologize to me for assuming the things that they did.
Before me and Mason went down stairs I wanted to explain to him that I was not going to stay the night because of what happened, "hey baby, dada is not staying the night tonight. Mama and daddy really hurt my feelings earlier and I don't feel like i should stay until they apologize" he looked at me and burst into tears, and i mean screaming and crying.
