We went to sleep in separate rooms and obviously nothing else happened.
Even though he might flirt with me a lot, I still wouldn't do anything with him.

He was dating Lara, even though she wasn't here.

There was a soft knock on my door not much later. I expected it to be Kara or Kelly, but I never expected Lando to stand in front of my door.

I just had a shower so I was only wearing a towel and even though he saw me naked a million times before, I still felt a little embarrassed.

"I didn't expect to see you here" I said as I wrapped my arms around my body.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to take a walk with me?" He asked softly. He was a little shy, just like in the beginning of our relationship.
It was so cute.

"Sure, but let me put on some clothes first" I chuckled. I opened the door a little bit to let him in and so he did.

I had to admit it was a little awkward, I was completely naked under my towel, so I quickly walked in the bathroom to get changed.

Why would he want to take a walk with me? It was so weird but I had to admit I was feeling excited about it.

I walked back out wearing a dress and quickly put some comfortable shoes on. "I am ready" I said as I smiled at him.

"You're looking absolutely beautiful" he said as he got up and looked at me.

He shouldn't be saying these things. He's dating someone else. Don't let him mess with your mind.

"Thanks" I quickly responded before we walked out of my room.

The walk was okay, we talked about the races and stuff, nothing too special but it was actually quite romantic.
It was something I would've loved to do when we were actually dating.

The entire time, I had one question on my mind. Was he still dating Lara? And if so, where was she? Why didn't she come with him?

Whatever. I was just gonna ask it. "Where is Lara though?"

Lando looked at me as if he was expecting that question. He was probably waiting for it.

"She stayed home. She didn't feel too well" so they were still dating. He just asked me to come with him to stay busy, he was probably bored or whatever.

"Max Fewtrell is coming tomorrow though" he quickly added. Was he trying to change the subject away from Lara?

I nodded with a smile. "That's nice, I missed him" it wasn't a lie. I actually missed him. It would be nice to spend some time with him again.

"Oh did you now?" Lando raised his eyebrow. "Yes I did. He's nice to hang out with"

Was he... jealous?

I didn't care, I actually started to hate Lando. He was leading me on, pulling me back into his web, giving me hope by flirting with me or telling me how beautiful I look.
It wasn't fair and he knew that.

He knew how fucked up it was.

So instead of telling him what he wanted to hear, I was gonna make him feel worse.
Two could play that game.

"Is he single?"

A question I knew the answer to, but it didn't matter.

"For you, he is not" Lando snapped a little.

I chuckled. "So he is?"

"Not" he said while raising his voice a little.

I completely understood that he didn't want me to hook up with his best friend, but I didn't want him to leave me and run to Lara.
I didn't want that either so he shouldn't be claiming me now either.

I wasn't planning on hooking up with Max, but Lando didn't need to know that.

"Don't you dare to have sex with him or whatever"

I shrugged my shoulders. "We're both single"

It wasn't something Lando liked to hear. It ended our walk pretty fast after that, but I also didn't care about that.

He was the last person I needed to please. I just wanted him off of my mind. As fast as possible.
