Curtis morphed into two legs, and my gaze shifted downward, only to be met with an unexpected sight: he possessed two penises.

My shock mirrored Bai Qingqing's. I started to wonder if Bai Qingqing was even human. Because no ma'am, how was that supposed to fit inside anyone? No wonder she was crazy about him—he was taking her to places no one should go.

When I say anaconda, I mean times two. That was an absolute "hell to the naw" situation. The kind where you make up an excuse, leave, and run for your life, because he was out of his mind if he thought he was going to use that on you—especially without any understanding of foreplay. No ma'am!

Bai Qingqing and I were both stunned, feeling a dangerous aura radiate from him. It was like a heavy cloak, thick enough to make us sweat and send shivers down our spines.

Bai Qingqing tried to step back, nearly dropping the snake skin, but she clutched it tightly, as if for protection. A wicked grin crept onto Curtis's face.

Without effort, he lifted Bai Qingqing from the ground, leaving her too shocked to utter a sound. His gaze shifted to me, and a flicker of surprise crossed his eyes.

As Curtis's gaze swept over us, I felt my fingers tapping against my thigh, a habit I'd picked up long ago to calm myself. My breaths grew shallow, an anxious energy stirring in my chest.

A knot formed in my stomach. Oh, shit... what if he decided to put her down and come for me instead? I really should have just minded my own damn business!

His voice, like cold silk, cut through the air. "How interesting you are female..." he murmured, his gaze sweeping over me in keen interest from head to toe and back up, lingering with an unsettling intensity. It felt like I was being directly focused on by the devil himself.

Not, today Satan, I thought, suppressing a shiver as a sense of dread washed over me. I took a few steps back, feeling my heart race.

His gaze lingered on me for a moment, as if savoring some dark amusement, before shifting to Bai Qingqing. His eyes settled on her, and she still clutched his shedded snake skin, final and unwavering, a decision made. It was clear—she was his choice. Then, as if sealing his choice, he tightened his hold on her, moving with the calm certainty of someone who intended to depart for good—taking her with him.

A tense squeak escaped me. "Ahh, Bai Qingqing!"

Bai Qingqing's voice trembled in response. "I-I-Imara..."

Suddenly, Parker's voice broke through, full of urgency. "Bai Qingqing! That's the feral I was warning you about! Put her down!"

In a blur, Parker shifted into his leopard form and lunged at Curtis. His speed was impressive, but Curtis was faster. His tail lashed out with unnatural precision, striking Parker and sending him crashing to the ground.

A suffocating pressure filled the air, radiating from Curtis like the approach of an unstoppable predator. It closed in on me, freezing every cell in my body. I couldn't stop myself from screaming, "Ahhhaaa!" as the pressure squeezed around me.

Parker struggled to his feet, his body shaking as he unleashed a roar that echoed through the tribe, calling for help.

I watched his emotions flash across his face—panic, fear, rage, and disappointment. The raw intensity of it all was terrifying, yet somehow mesmerizing.

The sound of approaching leopards pierced the tense silence as others raced toward the commotion. Parker launched himself at Curtis again, his determination fierce, but Curtis moved like lightning. His tail struck with deadly precision, and I gasped, horrified, as it crushed Parker beneath its weight. A nauseating dread washed over me.
