Hey Besties, I am back for another educational girl talk on these topics, and the one I forgot to cover is:

Peeing after Sex and how it connects to UTIs.

A new addition to add is:
Creaming - Is it nasty or normal?

Topics we going to go over:
Squirting 👀💦
Discharge 🫧
Female Ejaculation ☺️
Female Orgasm 🚬

Female Ejaculation does not mean Female Orgasm nor does Squirting either. 👀🤔🤨🧐😲

Let's just jump right into some of these.

Peeing After Sex Why is it important?

I want to talk about why it's super important to pee after sex. You might have heard it before, but it's all about avoiding those annoying UTIs – urinary tract infections.

So, here’s the deal: when you pee after sex, you’re basically flushing out any bacteria that might have gotten into your urethra during the fun times. It’s like giving your body a little help to stay clean and healthy down there.

Now, a UTI is when bacteria get into your urinary tract and cause an infection. It can make peeing feel like you’re passing razor blades, and you might feel the need to go all the time, even if there's not much there. It’s really uncomfortable and can be a pain to deal with.

So, here’s a quick tip: try to use the bathroom within 30 minutes after sex. If you can't pee right away, drink some water to help things move along. Even just a small amount of pee can make a big difference in flushing out those bacteria.

But, just to keep it real, peeing after sex isn’t a magic cure-all. It helps a lot with UTIs, but it doesn’t prevent STIs (sexually transmitted infections) or pregnancy. For those, you’ll want to use protection like condoms, morning after pill, and have regular check-ups with your doc.

So, next time you’re done with some intimate time, just remember to hit the bathroom. It’s a small step that can save you from a lot of discomfort later. Plus, staying healthy and comfortable is the best way to keep enjoying yourself.

What are Symptoms of A UTI? What should you do? 😬

Some symptoms of a UTI include a burning sensation when you pee, feeling like you need to go all the time even if not much comes out, cloudy or strong-smelling urine, and sometimes pain or pressure in your lower abdomen.

If you start noticing any UTI symptoms, don’t ignore them. It’s best to see your doctor as soon as possible. They might prescribe antibiotics to clear up the infection. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and avoid irritants like caffeine and alcohol.

What is discharge, and how does it relate to creaming? 🤭

Discharge is a fluid that comes from your vagina. It's totally normal and part of your body’s way of keeping things clean and healthy down there. It can vary in color and consistency throughout your cycle.

Creaming aka discharge during intimacy: White discharge, or creaming, during sex is a normal and healthy response to pleasure and arousal. It can help with lubrication and may increase in thickness as arousal increases. The discharge can be clear or milky white, and may also be cottage cheese-like. This is your body's way of making sex more comfortable and enjoyable.

So it isn't nasty it's a very normal thing to experience.

After Sex Discharge: Sometimes, you might notice extra discharge after sex. This is also normal and can be due to the extra lubrication your body produced during intimacy. As long as it’s clear or milky and doesn’t have a strong odor, it’s usually nothing to worry about.

There is a difference between these 3 Ejaculation/Cumming, Squirting, and Orgasm 🙂‍↕️👌🏾

Already besties so let's clear this up too..

They’re all different things and not always related.

Ejaculation: Ejaculation is when fluid is released from the body during sexual arousal or orgasm. For guys, this is the semen that comes out when they orgasm. For some women, it’s a small amount of fluid released from the urethra, and it’s different from squirting.

Orgasm: An orgasm is that intense, pleasurable release you feel at the peak of sexual arousal. It’s a physical and emotional response, and it doesn’t always mean you’ll ejaculate or squirt. You can have an orgasm without any fluid release at all.

Squirting: Squirting is when a larger amount of fluid is expelled from the urethra during sexual activity. It’s not the same as urine, and it’s different from the small amount of fluid in female ejaculation. Not every woman squirts, and it doesn’t always happen with an orgasm.

In which you can experience them all together, or one without the others, at different times.

Now, what if you don't Ejaculate 😬? Can you still experience pleasure 🤫?

Yes, besties, yes, your not tripping, or less a woman, or the odd one out.

You as a woman can totally experience sexual pleasure and have an orgasm without ejaculating.

Orgasm and ejaculation are two different things. An orgasm is that amazing, intense pleasure and release you feel, while ejaculation is the release of fluid, which not all women do.

There are lots of reasons why a woman might not ejaculate. Everybody is different, and things like hormones, muscle tone, anatomy, and just individual differences can play a role.

Plus, stuff like how comfortable you feel, your mental state, and the type of stimulation you're getting can all affect it. But don't worry – not ejaculating doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself or have a great orgasm.

Alright that was quite the process and alot was covered. But I hope it is helpful to you and cleared up some things for you 🫂 and don't feel ashame there are more of us than you know that still learn such things later on in life.
