Jake

I grabbed the wheel hard, trying to get rid of my anger, but it was of no use. The phone rang a few times before he finally picked up. "Matt!!! I need you to pin the phone Gracie was calling you from."

"Why? What is going on, Jake? You sound angry."

I was furious beyond words. "I have been served, Matt. Gracie wants full custody of my boys. Just pin her phone and send me her location." Before he could tell me that was a terrible idea, I hung up on him.

I arrived at the hotel bar and easily spotted her wavy blonde hair. With long strides, I grabbed Gracie by her forearm and dragged her to the bathroom. Everybody looked at us but said nothing. Marge appeared horrified at the scene, and I narrowed my eyes at her. She must be the one who told Gracie I was married now.

"OUT NOW!!!" I barked at the ladies inside. They left the bathroom quickly, and I locked the door.

I pinned Gracie against the tiles, making a terrible noise when her back hit it. But she did not gasp, nor did she complain. That is what she liked, is it not? That was her favourite little game.

Her eyes looked amused, and so did her lips. "If I knew, I just had to send a lawyer's letter to your office for you to get back to your senses. I would've done it sooner, my love. There isn't anything hotter than seeing you worked up like that and being manhandled by you."

She still thinks I am playing her little games. "Shut your fucking mouth, Gracie!!!" I snapped at her. "Because if I hear any sound coming out of your mouth before I tell you to speak. I will forget that once I loved you and will put you in the hospital without thinking twice."

I released her, yet she remained still. Angrily, I ran my hand through my hair. "Your games are getting me bored, Gracie. When I told you to leave town, I meant it."

She smirked at me. "Did you really, Jake? That sounded nothing like you."

I clenched my hand into a fist. I was a step away from punching her in her smug face. "Just because I let that little show you put up at my mother's house slide. It didn't mean we were going to get back together, Gracie."

I leaned forward and tapped the side of my head. "Get through your fucking head. We. ARE. Done! Would you like me to spell it for you?"

I sternly looked at her. "You'll call that fucker and tell him you made a mistake. Tell Flinch you'll drop the lawsuit. Because if you don't, so help me God, Gracie, you don't want to know what I will do to you." Looking into her eyes, I said slowly. "I guarantee you won't feel any pleasure."

I shook my head and stepped back, not able to stand being that close. "Why are you even using those innocent boys to get to me, Gracie? Don't you feel any shame stooping that low?"

Gracie crossed her arms and clenched her jaw. "While I had no news of you putting a woman inside your house, Jake, everything was great. But things change, you changed, and I won't leave you alone."
