IT TOOK A GREAT AMOUNT OF SELF CONTROL TO NOT DECAPITATE DAMON SALVATORE. Raina was still quite pissed about what happened with Mason because now she had to help Tyler with his transition and couldn't supervise the dopplegänger as much as she wanted to. That meant having to put her trust and faith into two lovesick idiots and the only vampire with half a brain did not have a daylight ring.

Raina waited by the bleachers, she meant to ask Tyler what he was planning to do about the full moon since he had just up and left after she'd summarised what the transition would include. She watched as Matt apologized to Tyler for what he did under the influence of Katherine's compulsion before walking away. Raina was about to approach the werewolf but Matt didn't get very far before Caroline approached him. Teen drama. Lovely. Something to improve the boring ass day she was having.

"Matt" Caroline said in greeting. "Hey" Matt said. The awkwardness was so apparent it was making Raina feel awkward. "How are you?" The blonde vampire asked. "I- I've been better. I gotta- I gotta get to class" the human said quickly, walking away from his ex. At least Barbie was trying, he was just avoiding her like the plague. "Okay" Caroline said, walking away in the other direction.

Raina tried not to look as amused as she felt when she approached Tyler. "You know it's almost the full moon right?" She asked. "I have a plan" Tyler stated. "You have a plan?" She didn't mean to sound as skeptical as she did "What is your plan?" She asked. "Kind of private, besides don't vampires have their own problems?" The werewolf asked. Raina raised an eyebrow "Really? You're going to turn down the help of probably the only person in Mystic Falls who has actually experienced the werewolf transition? And has over nine centuries of experience in the supernatural world?"

Raina followed after the werewolf as he led her deeper into the forest. "Right over here. There's a cellar that goes to our old property" he explained "I know" Raina responded. "You do?" he asked, frowning. "Your uncle showed it to the sheriff, they used it to attempt to kill two vampires" she explained briefly. "Who?" Tyler asked "Not me and not Caroline. Their names are irrelevant for now but you know them" The Original said. Tyler shot her an annoyed look. "That was vague" he commented. "How am I supposed to believe you?" he asked. "You'll know when you need to know" Raina responded curtly. Tyler still looked irritated but dropped it.

He turned on a flashlight, leading her into the cellar, shining the beam of light around the room though it was quite unnecessary, she could see perfectly fine. "I'm guessing this is where Mason was headed the night he turned. It's this way" he said as they moved deeper into the cellar. "I found these" he pointed the flashlight to a corner of the cellar where three claw marks ran deep. Raina tilted her head, she moved closer to the claw marks, examining them. They looked far too old to be made by Mason... Tyler moved the light further down the wall at a pair of rusty old chains. "And these bolts and chains. I need new chains, but the bolts could still hold" he said, grabbing the ring around the bolt and tugging it but it didn't budge. Raina shook her head "No, you should buy new ones either way" she advised "The wolf is much stronger than you realize and it hates being restrained, there's no telling for sure if the bolts will hold"
