SINCE WHEN WAS SHE THE BABYSITTER? Much to Raina's distaste Klaus had unceremoniously left to search for Mikael after she gave him the location and dumped her in Mystic Falls with Rebekah. To make matters worse, not only did the ring force her to stay inside Mystic Falls she was also left incharge of his hybrid. The very last thing she wanted to do was deal with a new vampire. She was going to end up murdering something. Most likely Klaus. She gave Tyler a blood bag and left it at that.

Raina stood to the side, watching the practice. She truly did not care. At all. But Rebekah had insisted on being there for her and she could keep an eye on Tyler at the same time. So she relented. "Has anybody seen Dana?" one of the cheerleaders asked.

"Sounds like you have an opening on the squad" Rebekah strolled up to the cheerleaders "What are you doing?" Caroline demanded.

"Hey. Hey. You can't just come here and infiltrate all of our lives!" She protested when Rebekah ignored her. "I'm only interested in yours. Your spunk, your popularity" Rebekah looked at Tyler practicing on the field "And him"

Raina rolled her eyes. Already? Oh whatever, he was none of her concern. And he looked good, far less boring than Stefan too. "It's not the ballet, ladies. Let's move! Let's move!" The coach shouted.

Tyler came to a sudden stop "I think we're done here, coach" The coach gave him an incredlous look "Did you have a mental breakdown, Lockwood? Get back in line!"

Raina knew he was about to do something dumb when he walked closer "I have a better idea" Raina sensed the shift in tone when he compelled the coach "Shut the hell up so we can go get drunk at the bonfire"

Raina scoffed. "Hit the showers, gentlemen!" The coach ordered. Raina muttered under her breath about stupid hybrids and Klaus. She moved over to Tyler, hitting the back of his head. "Make it more obvious why don't you? As a matter of fact, why don't you start strutting around wearing a sign that says vampire?"

Tyler raised an eyebrow, looking unphased "Relax, it was one compulsion. And nobody here even knows vampires exist- much less their abilities" Raina rolled her eyes "It's in the principle, Lockwood. And the base common sense to not be so obvious lest people do find out" She huffed "Look, I don't care enough to stand here and lecture you and I'm certain you don't care to be lectured. You have a brain for a reason, use it" she tapped his skull.

She heard loud murmurs erupting from the crowd and she turned to see Rebekah preforming a few gymnastic moves that ended in a front splint. She glanced towards Tyler and Raina with a smug smile. "Damn, girl's got moves" Tyler remarked. Raina gave him a brief side eye but opted against commenting, just returning her sister's smile.

Raina was getting quickly fed up with the lack of freedom in her situation. Things were only made worse by her sister's apparent lack of self preservation when it came to her heart. First bouncing between the Salvatore brothers and now Tyler too. It wasn't that Raina cared about the men, Rebekah could toy with anybody she liked. No, the problem lay in Klaus and his usual attitude towards his sister's lovers.

Raina didn't want to have to deal with soothing Rebekah's shattered heart and even less so with Klaus's temper tantrum. But things just couldn't go her way, could they? It seemed she'd exhausted her luck for the year by undoing her hybrid curse.

When she entered her house the first thing that greeted her was the smell of blood. She figured Rebekah was likely just having a meal and didn't give much thought to it, simply going about her business. When she entered the living room, she scowled at the sight. Rebekah was feeding on some sophomore girl, but Tyler was there too. She had no recollection of allowing the werewolf in. Technically, as this house did not belong to anybody living Tyler didn't need permission to enter. But she was talking about it from a more manners standpoint.

"Your dinner is ruining a perfectly good carpet" Raina stated, leaning against the doorway with her arms crossed, the displeasure obvious in her tome. Both of them paused, momentarily letting the girl go. Due to the compulsion she didn't move. "You're home early" Rebekah remarked. "So are you. Weren't you supposed to he at some ridiculous bonfire with shit alcohol?" Raina said. "Never mind that, Lockwood, take the meal and leave. Rebekah, I need to speak with you" she wasn't taking no for an answer, moving to another room and expecting Rebekah to follow her.

The blonde did so, albeit somewhat reluctantly "Don't start" Rebekah said, recognising the look on Raina's face before she even said anything. "I wouldn't have to start if you kept your wits about you" Raina knew she was being a tad harsh but she needed to talk sense into her sister somehow "We both know how this story goes. We both know Tyler being one of Klaus's hybrids will not stop him from killing him. Look me in the eyes and tell me the grief is worth a fleeting love"
