I sat with Ben on his bed as I watched him poke his arm with a needle that held the stem cells inside. "Does it hurt?" I asked him curiously. I didn't like when they stuck me with needles when I was doing all the tests for the military, but I wasn't doing all that for me so I put up with it.

"No. It feels good actually." He replied, pulling the needle out and looked over at me, before discarding the needle.

"What does it feel like?" I asked but before he could answer, his phone rang.

"It's Xander." He replied before he answered it and said a few words before hanging up. "He wants us to meet him at The Anchor." Ben said and I got up and followed him to his car. On the way there he called Maddie and Ruby to meet us there ,but only Ruby would be able to come because Maddie was doing her shift at the Research center and was the only one covering it, since it was Jerry's day off.

When we got there we sat at a small table where Xander was as he greeted us with a cup in front of him. He then pulled out a long paper, that Ben told me it was a map, which Ben explained to me was a way humans found out where to go.

"It has to be Tia." Xander said pointing at a map, where he circled three places that boats were recently destroyed on the map that made a straight line. A line that lead all the way to NOME, Alaska. The place we just left and where Robb's people were. She was going after them.

We were staring at the map, when Ruby came in and walked to the table. I couldn't help but stare at her as she said hi to Xander and Ben. She was so beautiful I couldn't help but look at her. Sometimes I didn't really know how to talk to her like I did with Ben and Maddie. I believe the word humans used for this was called speechless. Yeah she has me speechless alot. I hadn't seen her in the last few days since we got back and I missed being around her. Lately more than usual. Especially since she's been hanging out with Maddie lately. I felt like something was changing between us and I didn't like it. Maddie was already seeing someone else, and Ruby was spending a lot of time with her until Maddie could see Robb again. It didn't make a lot of since to me how human emotions changed, and how difficult they were, but it felt like they were getting closer while me and Ben were being left behind. At least that's what the feeling inside me was telling me. It was a very uncomfortable feeling that I didn't like. I didn't understand it either.

"She's headed North." Ben said and I tried to focus back on the conversation.

"Robb's tribe will fight her. We will have Maddie call Robb. Warn them." I say as Ruby sat next to me and I tried not to focus so much on her scent. I haven't told anyone but I still have dreams about me and her, and I still didn't understand them. I thought about this as Calvin came in with a bunch of weird looking plants, and sat them on the table by us, making Xander move his cup.

"Ten center pieces." He replied to Janine,his...fiancé?.... At least that's what they told me she is now. She walked up to him and crossed her arms, frowning.
