Chapter 29

This must of been a coincidence, Emily couldn't of done this to one of her best friends! I took her outside.

"Where was you when Deanna got attacked?" I questioned her, her face dropped, she stuttered "you know where I was Cami...I was doing my coursework at Josh's"

"I thought you was at home doing it?" Something wasn't right and I wasn't going to leave this alone till I got to the bottom of it.

"That's was I mean... I was at home" Emily panicked.

"It was you!!!! You fucking bitch!" I hit her and she fell to the floor that's when Rob came running out of the room "what's going on?" He shouted dragging me away from Emily, "It was that bitch that did this to Deanna! I'm going to call the police right now! You're not getting away with this you selfish bitch" that's when I swung for her again, I got my phone out of my bag and dialled 999.

"hello, could you state your emergency please?"

"Police please" I said looking over to a very distort Emily, a male voice came onto the phone, I explained the situation and gave them the reference number of the case and hung up. Emily ran out of the hospital and I returned back to Deanna, by this time she was fast asleep, I sat down next to her and fell asleep with her.

I got woken up by the door being opened that's when I saw two police officers, Deanna opened her eyes and panicked. "It's ok! They've come to help" i reassured her. She settled back down and I went outside and spoke to the officers.

"Could you please explain who you think done this Miss Smith"

"Well, I was with Deanna yesterday as you know and I tried jogging her memory with some photos of herself and I, that's when I asked her if she remembered anything about the person who did this to her that's wen she said all she remembered was that it was a female figure with red shiny boots. Yes you may think it could be a coincidence but these shoes are limited edition, you can only get them from Seattle and Emily went to there last month and brought them! This isn't a coincidence, she was the one that did this to her!" I explain it as well as I could, the female officer wrote down everything I told them and that's when they went into the to and spoke to Deanna. I waited outside till they went.

20 minutes later they came out of the room and walked out the hospital. I went back into the room, Deanna laid there "So it must of been that girl that came in earlier....thought she was my friend?" A tear escaped her eye

"You have me Deanna, keep strong!" I held her tight, I had to keep strong for Deanna's sake.

*2 days later*

I walked into school as normal as I could be considering one of my friends is laying in hospital and Emily my other so called friend has been arrested for doing it to her!

Everyone stared at me as I entered the building, people whispering as I walked over to my locker, Rob came running up to me "Hey you!" He wrapped his arms around me, I startled and turned round. I wrapped my arms around him, it was good to see a friendly face that wasn't whispering about everything that happened.
