(AN: well dis chap is shorter so I won't chunk it. Sorry for the shitty attempt at emotions)
Ace, Keiwa and Himeno are relaxing in the salon.
"Hmmmmm! That was amazing! Like I did..." Keiwa 'described' his and Himeno's raid with very, very exaggerated hand movements. Himeno rolled her eyes in response.
"It seems like the raid went well for you, Koatycoon" Ace said.
Keiwa asked Ace, "How did your raid go? I'm surpised you made it out alive, even more so after you did it the fastest"
Ace answered, "I have my ways," he leaned back with his hands behind his head.
Himeno scoffed, "Oh please, even a child could have beaten that raid. That 'castle' raid must have been a sandcastle compared to the real one."
Ace turned to her, giving a sly look, "What about you? Don't recall seeing you taking on anything 'hard', missy."
Himeno smirked, "Well, obviously, our raid is much harder,..." she then proceeds to explain stuff which no one cares.
Keiwa was throwing grapes into his mouth, and obviously more bounced off his face than made it into his mouth.
Ace gestured to him, "Throw me one"
Himeno sighed, "Y'all are not normal"
"Hey! What's wrong with a bit of fun?" Keiwa tossed Ace a grape.
Himeno put her hand on her forehead, "Why were past people like this?" She muttered.
Ace caught the grape in his mouth without looking, and Keiwa gave him a thumb up while grinning.
But then, the door creaked open, and came in a very battered and bruised Ayoko.
"Ayoko? Hey!" Keiwa rushed to her side, "What happened?"
"It's- it's my fault- Jin-san..." Ayoko started to say, her voice shaking.
"Look, Jin is out of the game" Ace showed them his Spider Phone, which displayed all of the Riders in the game, Tusk wasn't one of them.
"Wow, an easy raid and you lost this bad!" Himeno said, her voice more amused than concerned.
"Please! Can you not pour salt on the wound?" Keiwa said, helping Ayoko up from the ground. "It's okay, I know something bad must have happened".
Ace stood there, having his own suspicion.
"Ayoko, what happened" Keiwa tried talking to Ayoko.
"I- I don't want to talk about this... Please leave me alone" Ayoko said, her voice weak and trembling.
Keiwa knew he had to respect Ayoko's wishes and so he just nodded to Ace, then guided Ayoko out of the room.
Eventually, round 2 began.
Ayoko appeared in the area, she henshined, and fought.
Her movements were... slow, and without energy.
She used the swords as claw, and she kept slashing, there was just no power. It was like seeing a soulless corpse.
She saw images of Jin. He was there, and there.
She tried shaking the images away, but it was impossible. As she parried and attacked on autopilot, an overwhelming feeling of guilt situated itself in her heart.
2 Jyamato Riders appeared.
[Fantasy! Strike!]
Gravity circles appeared under the enemies, keeping them in place as Tora-Go coldly delivered her finisher.
The final Jyamato Rider appeared.
"Oh look, the pathetic woman who can't clear an easy raid, and you HAD a teammate!" It spoke.
"You- you can speak?" She questioned.
The Jyamato Rider laughed harshly, "What's wrong? Tiger? Lost your spark?"
Tora-Go stayed silent. After all, it was not wrong, was it?
"That partner of yours must be so dissapointed" the Jyamato Rider taunted.
"Shu- shut up!" she rushed and slashed the Jyamato Rider.
It dodged.
"Really? You can't hit me? What a joke! You are a failure" it taunted even more.
Upon hearing the word 'failure', she flinched. It felt like a blow to her heart and it stung.
"Hmm? Did you have a reaction to the word 'failure'? Well..." the Jyamato Rider clapped its hands.
"Failure! Failure! Failure!" it chanted in a mocking manner.
Tora-Go then got kicked away by the Jyamato Rider, making her crash to the ground.
"It- it wasn't my fault-" She tried to explain.
The Jyamato Rider snorted, "You HAD the Fantasy Buckle! There's no excuse!"
It continued, "You can't do anything on your own, hell, even with teammates you fail. You're nothing but a failure!"
"Time to send you to hell" it triggered its finisher.
[JYA JYA JYA Strike!]
Tora-Go closed her eyes, bracing for the inevitable. Suddenly, the Jyamato Rider's Driver sparked.
"Ugh! I guess it's my time now." The Jyamato Rider exploded.
"W- what..." Tora-Go questioned what she was seeing.
In the Desire Temple...
"Today was... weird. Not like we had any problems, but Himeno rushed and tried complete the raid as fast as possible. She said she had things to do so I guess it was important." Keiwa sighed.
"Seems a bit sus" Ace said.
"Hey! Are y'all trash talking me?" Himeno came back.
At the same time, Tora-Go came back, having 'completed' her raid.
"Hello..."
She collasped.
Keiwa rushed to her side
"Ayoko! Ayoko! Ay...."
Her eyes heavily closed.Ace made his way into a secret corner of the Desire Temple.
"So if I'm right..." he held up Ziin's Laser Raise Riser.
"Access, Library"
A small drone got close to Ace. It scanned the Laser Raise Riser.
[Role: Supporter]
[Granting Access...]
A dimension gate appeared in front of him. On the other side?
A Library. Ace scrolled through the hologram display and found interesting things.
"This is interesting... This place is very convenient."DGP Rules: The Desire Temple has a library, containing information through out the history of DGPs.
(an: btw theres 1 tiny teeny detail that is um... interesting to say the least. Try looking for it)
