Crisis VI: No Escape (P1)

“WHY! DAMMIT! WHY?” Keiwa screamed.
The men stared at each other, chests heaving with barely contained rage.
"Was it worth it, Jin?" Keiwa asked softly, a storm brewing beneath the quiet tone. "All those lives, so you could save your own pathetic skin?"
"Don't act so high and mighty!" Jin shouted. "As if you wouldn't do the same! We're all fighting for ourselves in the end!"
Keiwa saw red. With an animalistic cry he flung himself at Jin, tackling him to the charred earth. They grappled fiercely, exchanging brutal blows that left skin split and blood flying.
"I fight to protect people!" Keiwa yelled, slamming his fist into Jin's nose with a sickening crunch. "Not just myself, you selfish bastard!"
Jin howled in pain but jabbed his knee savagely into Keiwa's ribs. "Spare me your noble bullcrap!" he choked out. "We're all just trying to survive!"
They struggled to their feet, swaying on unsteady legs. Keiwa bared his bloody teeth in a feral snarl. "Then survive THIS!"
[Set! Set!] [Set!]
“Henshin!” They cried in unison.
[Dual On! Ninja! Zombie!] [Monster!]
Koatycoon readied his chainsaw, the Zombie Breaker. The two charged towards each other, powered by their ideals.
With anguished cries, Koatycoon and Tusk clashed in a ferocious duel fueled by pain and betrayal.
Koatycoon's saw met Tusk's gauntlets in a brutal storm of sparks. But Tusk would not be swayed. Tusk smashed a meaty fist into Koatycoon's breastplate.
They disengaged, circling like feral beasts sizing each other up for the kill stroke. Koatycoon launched shuriken that morphed into crazed ninja stars mid-flight, but Tusk blasted them from the sky with concussive punches.
His next volley Tusk caught, flinging them back with interest. Koatycoon was ready, manipulating the stars to fly around him in a whirling shield. But Tusk was undeterred, charging headlong into the storm.
His cadecus fists pummeled the barrier until it collapsed, sending Koatycoon reeling.
But Koatycoon had one last gambit. As Tusk's blow closed in, he vanished, reappearing behind his former ally. "Then survive this!" he cried, activating his chainsaw one last time.
[Poison Charge!]
[Tactical Break!]
Blade met armor in a final, desperate hit. Koatycoon's saw cut deep into Tusk's armor sending him flying.
While all of this was happening, a person was watching from afar.
“I hoped that you win, but I guess 2 Buckles are stronger than 1. Let’s fulfill my end of the deal” Pollen said.
As Koatycoon was about to deliver one final strike to end it all, Pollen shot him with her Laser Raise Riser.
“Want to survive? Grab.” She tossed him the gun.
Tusk grabbed the weapon and aimed it at Koatycoon.

With zero hesitation, he began shooting Koatycoon. Koatycoon’s scream in pain mixed with the sounds of bullets.
Tusk lifted the Laser Raise Riser, taking aim at Koatycoon's prone form. His enemy could barely stand, armor cracked and sputtering flames from several fatal hits.
"How amazing! Now finish him!" Pollen cackled with glee beside them.
Koatycoon raised his head, locking eyes with Tusk through his damaged visor. There was no fear left, only resolve. He had given all he had to the very end.
[Finish Mode.]
Tusk's finger twitched on the trigger, hesitation giving way to somber acceptance. "Blame yourself for this," he said quietly.
Pollen's shrill laughter filled the air. "Do it! End him!" she shrieked with manic glee. Energy began building at the gun's tip, powering up for a lethal final blow.
