Becky POV
The sudden close proximity with Freen caught me off guard. As she began to give hints about our deal, which included a kiss, I could see that she was just as nervous about making the first move as I was. I wasn't ready for this, especially on our first date, but a deal was a deal.
I thought, Maybe it's better for me to initiate the first move as quickly as possible. With a deep breath, I decided to act, but I opted for a cheek kiss, not quite ready for a full-on kiss. Freen's shocked expression only made me blush, and I stammered out an explanation, "You never specified what kind of kiss you wanted in our deal, so I can do whatever I want, can't I?" With that, I started to step away.
Freen just smiled at me as I began to walk away. I couldn't believe what I had just done, and my heart was still racing. As I walked, I suddenly saw my brother Richie on the side road, walking towards me, completely unaware of the situation. Panic welled up in me. "Oh my god! What kind of coincidence is this? I can't let him see me like this, and I have no idea how to explain the situation," I thought, desperately wanting to avoid a confrontation.
I turned to hide from Richie, but there was no way to escape him. Feeling trapped, I knew I had to come up with a plan. I turned back to Freen, who was still standing there, looking puzzled.
I hugged her tightly and whispered, "Freen, I know you'll be confused, but I need to use you for now." I was trying to hide my face, my heart pounding in my chest as I peeked to see where Richie was.
Freen looked shocked at my sudden hug, but I continued, "Don't do anything, just stay with me." I needed her presence to shield me from Richie's prying eyes.
Freen POV
My heart was pounding like a drum in my chest as I nervously prepared to make the first move. Kissing Becky seemed like a daunting task, and I had to remind myself to keep control of the situation. "Get a grip, Freen," I thought, clearing my throat.
I couldn't believe how nervous I was, my heart pounding in my chest as I tried to gather my courage for that first move. "Get a grip, Freen," I scolded myself internally, attempting to control the situation.
Leaning towards Becky, I felt a surge of confidence, surprising me when her planting a kiss on my cheek. "You never specified what kind of kiss you wanted in our deal, so I can do anything I want, right?" Becky said, her cheeks flushing with a delicate shade of pink as she stepped away from me. I couldn't help but smile at her quick wit and intelligence. She was indeed a clever one.
As I watched her walk away, I couldn't shake off the sense of warmth that had enveloped me. Suddenly, she turned back and hugged me tightly, and for a moment, confusion clouded my mind. It didn't take long for me to realize she was using me as a shield to hide from her brother, Richie.
I tightened our embrace, playfully teasing her with a grin. "Looks like you've become addicted to me. Why the eagerness to make the first move?" I quipped, amused by her actions.
After Richie had moved away from our sight, Becky abruptly let me go and fixed me with a stern look. In a surprising twist, she lost her balance, and I instinctively reached out to steady her, our eyes locking in an unexpected moment of intimacy.
Freen's words came out in a soft confession, "You're so pretty, and I couldn't help but fall for you," I confessed, making my first move by leaning in and kissing Becky.
Becky POV
In that unexpected moment, my world stopped. Freen's sudden move caught me off guard, and I could feel the shock resonating through me. My eyes widened in disbelief as she pressed her lips against mine, a kiss so graceful it left me breathless.
As we slowly pulled away, a wave of confusion and frustration washed over me. What was happening? Just moments ago, I had felt suffocated by her presence, and now she had stolen my first kiss. I couldn't help but think, "First, she's suffocating me, and now this?". I couldn't help but feel a surge of annoyed, and my reflex was to slap Freen.
Embarrassment flooded my cheeks, and I needed to escape this perplexing situation. I stepped back, putting distance between us, and quickly reached for my phone to call a cab. Freen stood there, her hand pressed to her cheek, clearly taken aback by my reaction.
As I waited for the cab, my mind raced with conflicting emotions. This was turning into the most bewildering and ungrateful day of my life, and I couldn't help but reflect on the whirlwind of moments we had just shared.
