Becky POV
Excitement surged through me as I gazed at the beach, a place that had always been a solace for me, whether in times of distress or joy. The calmness of the sea breeze, the feel of the sand beneath my feet - the beach held a special place in my heart. Captivated by the view, I couldn't resist taking a picture to preserve the moment.
I marveled at how Freen seemed to know about my favorite things. The thought crossed my mind that perhaps she had seen my social media posts long ago about my dream of going on a special date at the beach. However, I dismissed it as a coincidence, thinking, "I don't think Freen has time to stalk my social media. Besides, it's been a long time."
Getting ready on the beach, I was suddenly taken aback as Freen knelt in front of me. "What are you doing?" I asked, perplexed.
Without uttering a word, Freen proceeded to tighten my shoelaces. A gentle gesture that made me blush. "It's done. Come on, let's explore the beach," Freen said, standing up and showing me her warm smile.
My heart raced at the sight of Freen's smile, and I tried to distract myself by taking in the surroundings of the beach. The sound of the waves, the soft touch of the sand - I was determined to savor every moment of this unexpected and delightful surprise.
As I strolled along the beach with Freen, the sound of the waves creating a soothing rhythm around us. Something caught my eye - a food truck selling fish and chips. Curiosity got the better of me, and I walked over to discover that it was Poppie restaurant, the place I adored for its fish and chips during my studies in London.
"No way... Poppie restaurant has a branch in Thailand. I never knew about that!" I exclaimed, my excitement palpable. The chef popped out and asked for our order. I eagerly answered, placing an order for every menu they had.
As the chef prepared our dishes, I couldn't help but share my enthusiasm with Freen. "Their fish and chips are the best in London, and I'm surprised they have a branch here. It's our luck to have it. I'm so happy," I gushed.
Freen listened attentively, a smile playing on her lips. When our order arrived, I couldn't contain my excitement. "Sir, do you open every day here? I think I couldn't get enough of your food."
The chef chuckled, "I'm afraid I can't answer your question. It's confidential, and my job is already done here." He spoke enthusiastically, adding, "Besides, the pay I got this time is the biggest I've ever had in just one day. That person totally cares about you to fulfill your wish." His words left me confused, wondering about the mysterious benefactor behind this delightful surprise.
Freen POV
I couldn't contain my happiness as I watched Becky's reaction to finally getting the Fish and Chips she had been craving for so long. "That relieved you like it," I thought, a warm feeling washing over me as I observed Becky engrossed in eating, her mouth full of food. I couldn't help but feel a deep adoration for her.
"Slowly... the food wouldn't run away," I joked, brushing a stray strand of hair away from Becky's face. "You know how long I have been craving it... the taste is still the same as in London," Becky shared between bites.
I chuckled softly, unable to resist saying, "You are so adorable."
As we finished eating, we decided to take in the sights of the beach while watching the sunset. "Wow, the sunset is so beautiful," Becky marveled, captivated by the view.
Staring at Becky, I couldn't help but blurt out, "You are more beautiful." The spontaneous compliment made Becky blush, a reaction that brought a smile to my face.
"Thanks, Freen, for bringing me here," Becky expressed her gratitude.
"Most welcome. Nothing makes me happier than seeing you smile and happy," I replied sincerely.
In the midst of their shared moment, Becky playfully threw water at me, teasing. Surprised, I quickly retaliated, and soon we found ourselves both wet from the sea, laughter filling the air as we enjoyed these precious moments together.
Becky POV
I reveled in the happiness of our shared moment, playing and teasing each other with water until we were both soaked. Surprisingly, amidst the laughter and playful banter, I realized that my initial impression of Freen had been wrong. She was caring and sweet, qualities I had overlooked before.
As we continued playing, a grain of sand or something found its way into my eyes, causing a stinging sensation. Freen immediately noticed and panic flickered in her eyes. I tried to act normal despite the discomfort.
"Why? Does it hurt and sting in your eye?" Freen asked, concern evident in her voice. She helped soothe my eyes by blowing air gently.
Surprisingly, a tension built between us. As Freen assisted me, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by her face - her eyes, nose, and finally, her tempting lips. I scolded myself, urging to get a grip on my thoughts.
"I think you should be okay. The little thing has already been removed. Is it still hurting?" Freen inquired, brushing my cheeks gently.
Our eyes locked, and Freen slowly closed the distance between us, our foreheads nearly touching. The mingling of our breaths heightened the intensity. Freen's gaze drifted to my lips, a silent invitation lingering in the air.
"Bec, get a grip. You don't have to think about that," I told myself, attempting to resist the magnetic pull.
Freen, satisfied with the results, reassured me, "I think you should be okay. The little thing has already been removed. Is it still hurting?" Her hand brushed my cheeks gently, and our eyes locked. Freen slowly closed the distance between us, bringing our foreheads close.
Freen, recognizing the signal, closed the gap until our foreheads touched. The anticipation was palpable, and as our lips met, we kissed passionately, losing ourselves in the moment and the connection we were building.
