I proposed to her, I finally did it. I was meant to do it yesterday but so much bullshit happened. I loved seeing the happiness on her face, the way she ran towards the geese free spirited. I was happy too.
She made me feel alive again, I thank her mama for her. Because I didn't care for her as much as I did until that night she told me about her.
I was intrigued by her, I was obsessed with knowing her. It took me everything in me when her mother told me to let her be until the marriage, that way I knew everything I needed too to take care of her .
And I do .
I know her inside and out, same way she knows me. I loved that about her, she caught on quick when it came to me. When I saved her from the pool I stared at her, moved the hair from her face. How her eyes were closed , until she began to open them, I walked away .
But now here she was, in my presence, my hand on her thigh. She was my everything.
We arrive to the house and I see Kora sitting on the steps with Leon, there was definitely something going on between the two.
"How long will you be gone?" I look at her as her innocent eyes stare into mine, my sweet Kalani, does she know how perfect she is? Everything about her is perfect.

"Not long, I need to take a quick visit to romello to see what happened. I'll be back soon." I say calmly , I don't want her to worry. But I understand if she does, I don't want to kill her father , but that fucker is leaving me no choice.
Kalani may see a different side of me, but it's only her, no one should think I'd gone soft, because I'm still the same evil cápo .
"Go on, I'll be back soon. I love you, Tesoro." I tell her, I notice her eyes light up with happiness. It's new saying I love you to her, I haven't said those words ever since my mother died, I know she'd be happy for me.
"I love you." She says softly, I lean over and kiss her soft lips. I'll never get over kissing her, it always causes a shock through my body. I love the feeling.
I pull away and Leon opens the door, he's obviously going to come with me. He's always been my right hand man.
"You girls be good okay ?" He says with his sarcastic tone, he gets in the car shutting the door.
"Alright, time for business."
