(Y/n's pov)

It has been a long day of working in the village, but I was finally returning to Casita. We have a few hours before dinner, and all I wanted to do is enjoy those few hours in my beloved husbands loving embrace.

I smile tenderly to myself as I think about just cuddling with Bruno, and relaxing with him.

The smile vanishes once I enter the tower and hear my husbands sobs coming from our bedroom.

I rush down the hallway concealed behind the stairs that lead to his vision cave.

I made it to our bedroom and found Bruno curled up on our bed, sobbing uncontrollably.

"What happened, mi amor?" I inquired as I sat down beside him and wrapped my arms around him. He looked up at me with tearful eyes.

"I was doing house calls today. Easy readings you know? Tarot cards, palm readings, horoscope readings. Most were fine with what I gave them. My last stop, though, wasn't satisfied with the basic reading. Everything would have been alright if they just accepted what I gave them." Bruno began, taking a shuddering breath to try to calm himself. Unsuccessfully, I might add.

"It was a tarot card reading. He would have a struggling love life, but he would be financially successful. He demanded more details on part of the reading. We went to the basement and made me give him a full vision. The initial reading was about a business venture the customer was thinking about taking on. He wanted to know how it would go. So I gave it to him. Turns out the business he wants to take on is what causes the problems in his love life. We saw him fall in love and get married, only for the relationship to fall apart because the business keeps him too busy. He fell in love with another woman, only to discover she was engaged to another man."

I could easily imagine what happened next. I pulled Bruno closer to me, his head resting on my chest as I gently stroked his beautiful curls with my fingers. He stayed silent for a moment taking in the feeling of unconditional love I was giving him, a few stray tears falling from his sparkling eyes. He sniffled.

"The vision ended, and he started calling me a useless, unlovable freak. Saying that no one could genuinely love me, not even my family. Then he said that I was jealous of good-looking, normal people, and that was why I was always trying to ruin other peoples lives."

"His friends had come over by the time we headed out of his basement, and they joined in too. Calling me ugly and stupid, and useless. Said I don't belong here and that I should just do the Encanto a favor and die." He cried.

"Don't listen to what they said, okay mi amor? They are wrong, about everything." I lifted his face so that he was looking at me.

"I love you Bruno Madrigal. I love your thick, curly hair. Soft and silky. I love running my fingers through it. I love your gorgeous green eyes, and I can spend hours lost in them. Your smile can always brighten my day. Your joyous laughter, so full of joy and contagious. It makes your eyes sparkle. Your hugs, strong yet gentle. I always feel secure in your arms. I love your hands, warm and soft, cradling my hand so gently. Your generous heart. Pure gold. Bruno, you are the sweetest person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Your heartbeat is one of the best sounds. Your lovely voice, so calming. I can listen to you read your telenovela scripts all day and never be bored." I grinned him, and he offered me a look of total adoration.

"I could spend all day telling you how much I love you," I carefully brushed my lips lightly against his forehead, a soft sigh promptly releasing from his lips.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to wake up to your smiling face. I want to kiss away your fears, and be the shoulder you cry on, the person you go to for comfort. I want to be your pillar of strength, the light in your darker days. Your inspiration, the reason you smile and laugh. I want to protect your heart and keep it safe forever. To love you, cherish you and hold you. I want to be your everything, because you are my everything."

He leaned upwards, our lips gently brushing in a light kiss, radiating love and comfort. I caressed his back in soothing motions, happy to feel him instantly relaxing in my comforting embrace.

"I don't care what they think. To me, you are perfect. Te amo mucho Bruno."

"Te amo tambien." He replied as he slumped into me, falling asleep from the exhaustion of crying and running around the village.

"Sleep well, mi amor. I'll be here when you wake up."
