Castiel sat a few tables down from him.
He was sitting with a nurse, who kept focusing on Dean.
Dean was always a ladies man. Since Middle School, he started to get girls to notice him, Dean loved it. He loved to be noticed by women.
The girl was young and beautiful, with thick black hair that nearly touched the floor. Dean couldn't take his eyes off her wavy locks. The other thing that caught his attention were her dark brown eyes, that were framed around thin glasses, it seemed to fit her posture, sophisticated.
The girl gave Dean a wide dashing smile, Dean couldn't help but to walk over.
"Hello miss," Dean greeted, plopping down across from the young woman.
"Why hello there stranger," the woman replied, her tanned cheeks tinged with the slightest color of pink.
Dean smiled charmingly at the girl, causing her cheeks to even redden more.
"Whats your name, doll?" Dean questioned, leaning in closer. She pointed at her name tag. "Can't see that far, want me to lean in closer?"
"If you dare," she mused, giving Dean a charming smile. Dean pushed a bit closer, until their faces were less then a foot apart.
"Braeden. Braeden what?" Dean inquired, staring deeply into her chocolate covered orbs.
"Lisa Braeden."
"Nice name," Dean responded, grinning.
"I'm sorry to interrupt," Dean snapped out of his trance to a gruff voice, "but, Lisa, I have to refill the meds."
It was Castiel, who sat right next to Lisa.
"Hiya Castiel." Dean stated, offering a small greet with his hand, he pulled back from the girl, slipping back into his seat. Dean was a bit pissed that Castiel broke the connection between him and Lisa, but it really didn't bother him too much, after all, there are more girls.
"Oh, sure Castiel," Lisa replied warmly, grabbing the small orange container from his hands, "I'll be right back." Dean nodded, smiling, before she paced away.
The skinny man wasn't touching his food, which was a burger with a small bite in it and pale yellow fries.
"Aren't you hungry?" Dean asked, Cas shrugged.
"Not today, been eating this most days anyway," He said, pushing up his glasses. "Why, do you want my food?"
"As much as I love hamburgers, no thanks."
"Because I took a bite of it?"
"What? No, of course not."
"That's what you're implying Dean," Castiel snarled, Dean was puzzled to why this boy was getting so mad.
"No. No. I just meant-"
"I'm just fucking around with you Dean," Cas laughed, cracking a wide grin. Dean chuckled, shaking his head.
"That wasn't nice." Dean laughed, Cas gave him another shrug.
"I'm not nice."
Before Dean can reply, Lisa walked back over, her long black hair swinging side to side.
"I love your hair." Dean flirted, smirking.
"Thank you, been wanting to cut it short lately,"
"No, you shouldn't, it's beautiful like that." Dean ushered, Lisa smiled shyly, passing Cas his pills.
