Dean's Point of View

"Come meet him!" Dean beamed as they stepped out of their grandmother's room, jostling past nurses, his excitement buzzing through his veins.

"The boy you've been going on and on about?" Sam questioned, smiling widely, dimples on each side of his face. Dean rolled his eyes, shaking his head. After a while, as they paced down the hall, Sam spoke, "So, what's this mystery guy's name?"

"Castiel, but, I like calling him Cas." Dean responded, a slow smile curling on his lips, as he remembered what happened yesterday; the events kept him up, and when he did sleep, his dreams were solely to be about Cas and the way his milky skin tasted against Dean's lips, the feel of his lips on his.

It was all like some dream, all incoherent and unrealistic, but, it actually happened. Dean Winchester had kissed Cas, and Dean couldn't be any happier than he was right now.

He had already told Sam, who only gave him his usual wide smile, and said, "I should see him tomorrow."

Dean was excited for Cas to meet his brother; he had told Cas a bit about Sam, where he was going to for college, studying to be a lawyer, his girlfriend, Jess, and his dog, Bones. He didn't mention much anything else about Sam; nor did he mention his parents, which he didn't really want to talk about.

Castiel's room was open, which was the most particular unordinary thing Dean had seen all day; Cas liked to have his door shut, not open.

Dean stepped inside, the room smelled like disinfectant, but that didn't draw Dean's attention, instead, there was a shaded figure behind the closed curtains, Cas also disliked having his curtains closed around him. Every, single thing Castiel hated in the hopsital, seemed to be in the room.

Books were gone.

Only a small stack on the table beside him was there, the last Harry Potter book wasn't there.

Dean remembered that Cas told him that sometimes the nurses hid his books in a bag, to be more "organized" in his small room. And he despised it, he wanted his books to be around him, so they'll be the first objects he wakes up to.

The curtains were shut.

The door was open.

The T.V was off.

Dean swallowed hard, something wasn't right, and the figure behind the curtains made Dean's hands shake from worry.

Dean thought at first he was in the wrong room, but, there was the same books Cas had.

"Cas?" Dean said loudly, and the man behind the curtain stepped out, leaving it slightly open, revealing a Cas who looked so scared in his thick black glasses, frightened.

He was tall, not as tall as Sam, and lean. Scrawny and thin; blond hair that was cropped short and pale blue eyes. He was staring at Dean in the most surprised way.

"You must be Dean." The man said softly, smiling, getting out his hand. Dean nervously took his hand, shaking it.

"And who are you?"

"A friend of Castiel's."

"Cas?" Dean called again, but the boy didn't reply, he just looked down, "Hey, are you okay?"

"Yeah, he's just tired." The man replied, looking at Sam before glancing away.

"What's your name?" Dean asked, pushing away the urge to introduce his brother, he didn't trust the guy; something was off about him.
