Cas' Point of View

Lisa Braeden was fired.

It was because of Castiel, since she probably never wanted to see his sick face again, and Dean,  who received a hard slap across his flushed face.

She threw the plate of Cas' food on Dean, which caused an outbreak of her rage, she spat curses over Cas' bed to Dean, causing the sick boy to cower behind his sheets...he never seen the sweet girl so angry before, her face was red, tears down her face, hair frizzy. She even went over and slapped Dean. At that moment, Cas realized how much Lisa loved Dean.

She said something that will never leave Cas' head, he even dreamed about it.

"You are going to get him sick, and the both of you will die together in this fucking hospital."

Afterwards, she got fired, and she packed her things and left with a grim look over her flustered face.

Castiel couldn't stop thinking about what she told him. He kept thinking she was right, Castiel could infect Dean with whatever he had. Cas could kill him, and with that thought, he felt like he wouldn't be able to live with himself.

A new nurse, Megan, came in every morning, gave him pills and took away his tray of food. She was about the age of 30, with barely any makeup on, and medium length blond hair. Megan wasn't like Lisa, no charming smiles or happy remarks...she was just so mature, like she knew all about him, he was sure she could see right through him.

She wasn't mean or boring. But she didn't smile excessively like Lisa, just a small smile when she said good morning. She was very quiet, barely said a word to Castiel.

However, Castiel liked Megan, she was incredibly short, possibly about 4-5 feet, and had the prettiest hands.

But, he missed Lisa, even though she must've hated him now. She acted so nice with him a week ago, like she knew him for years.

Dean came back, he swooped down for a kiss but Cas pulled away.

"I threw up this morning," Castiel stated firmly, but Dean's lips found their way to his neck. "D-Dean,"

Dean didn't stop, his lips trailed down to his sensitive spot.

"S-S-Stop," Cas stuttered. Cas speech wore off and he knitted his fingers through Dean's hair, letting out a gasp as Dean sucked on his skin, Cas realized that Dean might be leaving a mark, Megan and his doctor will see if. But, Cas couldn't care right now, because Dean was here with him.

Lisa's words came back in his head, and his eyes shot open.

Cas pushed Dean away, shaking his head.

"What's wrong?" Dean asked.

"I threw up this morning,"

"Your breath smells fine, Cas."

"But I haven't brushed my teeth."
