"I thought that I was dreaming when you said you loved me." ~ Frank Ocean

Dean Winchesters' Point of View
He called Cas after he settled in his dorm, with his snoring roommate on the opposite side. The dorm was small, as it said, with a squared desk and twin bed...it was nothing like his apartment, but he'll get used to it.
Cas answered after a few rings, the lovely shape of his face appearing on the screen, an eager grin on his face.
"Hey there sexy," Dean mused, winking.
Castiel laughed a little loud, causing his dormmate to shift in his bed. Dean smiled at Cas-he was wearing Deans' flannel shirt, a little too big for him, with a pair of boxers.
"Damn," Dean stared, biting the inside of his cheek, "I just realized how much I want you here."
Cas grimaced, adjusting his glasses as he looked sideways, jaw clenching. "I already miss you too. The apartment is too quiet, the bed is cold."
Dean sat forward, pulling off his shirt, looking at the glint of change in Castiels' eyes. Even though he had seen Dean shirtless hundreds of time, he always had that look in his eyes, of pleasant surprise.
Dean flashed a grin, "Like what you see huh?"
Cas covered his face with the sleeve of his flannel, to hide his blushing complexison. Doing that only made Dean fall more for the dark haired wide-eyed man.
"How's school?" Castiel asked.
"It's good actually, met a few friends of my roommates, classes on track, it's all good." He responded, taking a glance at his roommates' sleeping figure. "He's a hardworking kid, surprised he hasn't blown up from all the studying he does."
Cas chortled, "I can't wait until you get back for Thanksgiving."
"Me too baby," Dean murmured, "I think we should spend it at Sams', like I do every year."
Cas' expression went bittersweet, "My aunt called me...can you believe that?"
Dean smiled widely, "I found your aunt on Facebook a couple weeks ago, really easy...so, I messaged her-"
"You told her?"
Dean grimaced, "What's the problem? That was in your list-"
Castiel shook his head, "Yeah it was...but, she called me to stop trying to contact her."
Dean pulled back, "What?"
"I'm gay Dean, we're gay..." Cas lip tugged downwards, "She's against gays."
"Are you fucking kidding-"
"Keep it down." Kevin slurred, shuffling in discomfort.
Dean lowered his voice in a hard-hearted whisper, "What a fuc-"
"Dean, please, don't talk to her...she probably blocked you by now-"
"This was in your list, she's supposed to support you-"
"Well she didn't!" Cas exasperated, "Just because of my sexuality!"
A silence settled between them, until Dean broke it off, "That's crossed out of your list...but , we have one last thing...meeting your favorite author."
