"So he just brought you here and said it's yall house?" Cami asks still processing what I told her as we were on FaceTime
"Yep" I nodded sitting down my water bottle

"Not a Damn thing— I didn't know what to say I just froze then we had to go to the doctor and we didn't talk about it" I cut Dame off as he walked behind me trying to get to the cabinet to grab some chips
"He sound a lil salty sis" Cami decided to be messy
"Yea yo time up bye" he grabbed my phone hanging up on her
"Dame really" I tried to reach for it but he was too tall
"Yep, I'm the only person you should be talking to right now. I gave you 3 days to decide what you wanna do and say about the house" he put my phone inside his pocket
"I don't know what to think or how to feel, it was a sweet gesture and I understand why your mom did it, but I've only ever lived with my parents and yea I know you'll take care of the bills and stuff but I need to learn to do things on my own for future reasons when I finally move out on my own since we're not together" I stood infront of him as he towered over me
"We'll think about that when the time gets here, but fa right now we only need to think about whats happening in the present time. Besides you family now so I gotcha forever no matter what it is you can always call me Vee" hearing that warmed my heart
He pulled me in for a hug and I hugged him back
We've been getting really close lately and it's been nice getting to know the real him and see his soft side

"Ok, we can move to the house" I mumbled

"I'll help you move you just needa pack whatever you want to bring form your house, we can go furniture shopping too but I know how much you like my bed so I'll just buy us one today when I go out" he handed me my phone and walked away
I rolled my eyes at how excited he was, he looked like a kid in a candy store
As fucked up as this situation was Dame was slowly becoming my best friend, his love and appreciation towards me just for carrying his child changed this from the worst mistake to the Best Mistake

It's in a nice secluded area hard to find and she wants them to be somewhere where they can bond with each other and as a family when the baby gets here make sure they have at least a friendship so they can co-parent"
"That's a good idea, then you can move in with me and y'all can be some taken not taken friends" Gio joked but was secretly being serious so I popped him in his mouth
"I was just playing damn" he got up walking out the room

"You annoy me" I took the blunt out his mouth taking a hit then putting it back in his mouth and he mugged me making me laugh and choke on the smoke
