Driven to be the number one hero

Chapter 116

Bakugo was angry, how could that bastard take an insult and make it into something great. what kind of luck does he have to always come out ahead. What makes it worse, is that for now Izuku isn't allowed to fight against other students. So while I have to fight with the extras, Izuku is fighting the professors. This is all bullshit Bakugo thought to himself. Bakugo called out to professor Aizawa and asked, Why won't you let any of us fight Izuku to see where we stand. Aizawa asked was his last performance not enough, but fine allow me to show you why you're not ready. please follow me student's he continued. when they entered the other gym there was a very intense fight going on between Izuku and professor Vlad King.

Moments earlier All Might asked the staff who gets to fight Izuku first. Vlad King stepped up and said, I'll go first I still owe him for beating up two of my students. Midnight reminded them no quirk usage. All Might said begin. Vlad rushed in low going for a classic tackle. Izuku countered by going in with a knee strike. Vlad had to use both arms to stop Izuku's knee. Class 1A walked in as Vlad planted his right leg and shot forward and up. Using his head to try and smash Izuki's chin. Izuku jumped back barely missing the attack. Vlad rushed forward to try to keep Izuku off balance. Unfortunately for Vlad Izuku had been trained by All Might who has a very similar fighting style. Izuku shifted slightly to the right and with his right hand he pushed Vlad's left arm out of the way. Vlad over extended leaving his left side wide open. Izuku punched with his left striking with a meaty thud. Vlad took in a deep breath to try and lessen the pain. Izuku went in for a follow up strike. But had to block the spinning back kick aimed for his head. Vlad looked at Izuku and said, hats off to your real fighting instructor they have trained you well for real fighting. now let us begin for real.

Midnight said,  shit is Vlad going into his blood rage. Ectoplasm said I hope not as multiple clones shot out ready to jump in at a moments notice. All Might smiled and simply loosened his tie. Izuku stayed calm as he blocked Most of Vlad's strikes. For the ones he allowed to hit him, his counter punches hit much harder. both men unwillingly to give up an inch. After the first 3 minutes of intense fighting Vlad began to slow down. Izuku capitalized with a Well placed kick to Vlad's front knee. the distinct sound of a  bone breaking was heard as Vlad dropped in pain. Winner Izuku All Might declared. 

Izuku rushed forward and healed Vlad's broken knee. Vlad took some deep calming breaths then said, I keep forgetting that you're also a healer. Izuku smiled and said, I have a wonderful instructor. Recovery Girl smiled and said, stop trying to butter me up young man. I'm not going to take it easy on you because you compliment me. Ectoplasm walked over to Vlad and said, I thought you were going into a blood rage. Vlad stood up and said, I'm an instructor here at UA not a brute off the streets. now let's go watch the video footage of this fight. The rest of the staff and Izuku left the watch the fight footage. Aizawa looked at his students and said, that is the reason why you're not going to spar against Izuku for now. To Aizawa's surprise Ochaco asked, what if I put in a formal challenge. the entire class turned to look at her. Aizawa said, I'll ask the Dean and if he ok's it. Then I'll take care of the rest.

As class 1A were going through the process of sparring. Todoroki couldn't help but replaying the fight between Vlad King and Izuku in his head. It was better to say that brawl between those two. When Izuku fought against students, his techniques clean sharp and precise. This Izuku wasn't that during the fight, This Izuku was a brawler, he would take a hit just to be able to hit back. it was nothing fancy just brutal efficiency. As Todoroki was thinking of how to counter Izuku Lda tapped his shoulder and said, you're up next. As Todoroki entered the arena he saw Bakugo enter from the other side. Todoroki saw that Bakugo was just as riled up as he was. Now it's time for Bakugo to see the fruits of his training. 

Overhaul screamed out of frustration when he received the report that all of the attempts to kill Kang and Hwang ended poorly. Both men had 24 hour surveillance and a hero guarding them. Now they are being moved to a undisclosed secure location while awaiting trial. All he needs is for that monster of a up coming hero to have a target. Overhaul never really feared heroes. For the most part they all followed a code, there were lines they didn't cross. but that kid didn't follow those rules, hell he was just as ruthless as the criminals. Reports from the prison painted a grizzly picture. All of the report's said that if he interrogated you he would snap bones before he would ask about your part in the crime. Others had to be institutionalized because of the nightmares after the fact. The nightmares were similar to each other. He was coming for them in a ragged uniform, is fingers were sharp claws and blood dripped from them. His eyes were emerald fires. When he caught them he would smile while crushing your bones under foot. He was even more violent if you targeted someone he cares about. He shuttered when he thought about the fight he had with Flect Turn. They went back and were able to recover the video footage of the ending of that fight. That boy truly was a nightmare.
