Driven to be the number one hero

Chapter 111

As Hwang and Kang discussed their options for dealing with the boy. They finally understand why it was so difficult to just target him. 1. He didn't party, 2. He didn't chase after women, 3. He put the fear of god into the local villains. Hwang finally said, I have a plan for taking the kid out. Kang listened Intently as Hwang spoke. Hwang said, in all of the videos we've seen they've only focused on the boy directly. Giving him the opportunity to take them down. Kang asked, then how do we deal with him. Hwan said, It's so simple that I don't understand why they haven't done it yet. Kang asked confused, what am I missing. Hwang said with a grin, when the boy goes back to the park. You're going to snatch a random child and run as fast as possible. That will force him to leave his child behind. Kang asked are you going to snatch his child and run in a different direction. Hwang said, no he would only target me. Kang asked, what are you going to do as I'm running with the child. Hwang smiled and said, while he's focused on you I'm going attack him. I just need to land one solid punch. He'll be out of commission for a moment giving me the opportunity beat him into unconsciousness he continued. Kang smiled and said, that sounds like a good plan to me. Just don't kill him too quickly and make sure that he suffers he continued. Hwang said, starting tomorrow we'll head over to the park and wait for him to show up. 

When Izuku sent Eri off with Recovery Girl for quirk training. He was approached by Bakugo and Kirishima. Bakugo said, hey nerd I'm challenging you to a sanctioned match today after class. Izuku asked have you spoken with any of the professors yet. Bakugo said, yes I have professor Aizawa is going to oversee the match. It's a no quirk hand to hand fight. Izuku nodded his head and said, I accept your challenge. Tsuyu just happened to walk up as Bakugo issued the challenge. Tsuyu asked, what was that about. Izuku reminded her about his fight with Miro and said, he's been training for the last couple of months. I guess he wants to see if he has improved he continued. Izuku took Tsuyu's hang and began walking to class. Tsuyu blushed as they walked. She noticed all of the students starring at them. Girls began to whisper while giving her jealous looks. Izuku continued to walk with her as if it was the most natural thing in the world. 

Pony and Ibara were turning the corner when Izuku took Tsuyu's hand and began walking with her. Once again she felt the pit in her stomach twist. Ibarra patted her shoulder but Pony's face turned sad. Pony couldn't help herself, she followed them all the way to their home room class. Her stomach dropped when Izuku pulled Tsuyu close and kissed her. She saw how Tsuyu's knees went weak, and Izuku's strong arm kept her in place. Pony turned and quickly walked away as Ibara tried to console her.

Of course the fact that Bakugo challenged Izuku to a fight spread over the entire freshman class. When Pony heard about the fight she knew that she had to see. During lunch Bakugo heard about how many people were going to watch. He walked over to Izuku and told him to put on his combat costume. Izuku only shrugged and pulled out his phone and called Mei and told her about the situation. Mei said, don't worry your costume will be ready by the end of school. Ochaco, Momo and Tsuyu sat with Izuku during lunch. When Monoma walked by and said, sounds like the two biggest ego's in school are going to fight it out. Just be glad that you're not fighting with anyone from my class. We've been training to fight and beat you specifically Izuku. Ochaco was about to stand up when Momo put her hand on her shoulder. Momo looked at Monoma and said, I could tie one of Izuku's arms behind his back, and he would still be able to to destroy you. I'll even bet you 4,000 yen. Will you take that challenge. Monoma froze he's never been called out on his boast. He looked over at Izuku who only smiled at him. Monoma only huffed and quickly walked away. Anger began to boil because of Momo calling him out.

After class Izuku went to Mei's work shop to pick up his costume. Mei said, please put it on right now. Izuku asked, do you really need me to try it on here. Mei said, yes I do just in case I need to make any quick alterations to the costume. Izuku stripped down to his underwear. To his surprise costume was lighter and easier to move in. Izuku hugged Mei before he left. Mei grabbed her computer and went to go watch the fight. 

Professor Aizawa looked at Bakugo in his hero costume and reminded him, that the fight was hand to hand only. Bakugo said, I know being that we have so many extras watching this fight. I just wanted to let them know who's fighting right now. Professor Aizawa eyes widen when Izuku walked in wearing his combat costume. It was even sleeker than the last time he saw it. Aizawa knew Bakugo was in for a brutal fight. The intence look in Izuku's eyes made Bakugo smile. For the last couple of months, Bakugo had pushed himself to his limits at the Dojo. Now he was going to show everyone who was really number one. 

Pony stood next to Todoroki and really looked at him. Todoroki smiled at Pony and said hi. Pony asked him if he would like to have an ice cream after the fight. Todoroki smiled and said yes and reached out for Pony's hand when Izuku walked in. All eyes were on Izuku, who walked in looking like he was going to war.
