Shoji knew that this was a bad match for him as he entered the arena. Bakugo looked focused, As King Vlad yelled begin. Bakugo placed both hands together and let out a massive blast. Shoji leaped and spread his arm's as if they were wings. As he hoped the force of the blast lifted him higher, helping him avoid most of the blast. Bakugo was taken by surprise, when he didn't see Shoji where he expected him. Shoji closed his arms as he angled his kick at Bakugo. It was too late for Bakugo to properly shift his upper body. The kick dislocated his right shoulder. Yield Shoji shouted. You wish Bakugo shouted back. Shoji charged Bakugo shot his left arm behind him, he released blast that propelled him forward and and slightly up. He caught Shoji with a knee strike to the chin. Shoji dropped as Bakugo spun ready to attack again. Winner Bakugo King Vlad declared.

After the fight Bakugo went straight to the area where his classmates sat. Kirishima i need you to set my arm back in place. Kirishima rushed to his friend and said on the count of three. Todoroki sat next to Momo and asked what did I miss. There's a 15 minute recess Momo said then caught him up and asked are you ok? I'm fine he replied, Recovery girl patched me up he continued. Izuku shrunk his area of influence as Bakugo charged him, he canceled out Bakugo's quirk as he blocked his punches. Bakugo smiled as he tried to release an explosion by Izuku's head. He felt the rage build as his quirk didn't work. You bastard, you knew what I was going to do Bakugo shouted as he continued to throw punches. Izuku blocked the close punches and avoided the rest. Fuck you, show me what you can do Bakugo shouted. Izuku jumped back and said remember that you asked for this. Bakugo was ready for Izuku to physically attack him. Bakugo wasn't ready for the bolt of lightning that struck him. His Body went rigid he dropped to his knees. Izuku looked at Bakugo and stepped back. You didn't knock me out Bakugo said through gritted teeth. I don't have too, you can't defend yourself, you can even stand Izuku said. Midnight began to count. Bakugo began to curse as he tried to stand but he only fell forward on his face as his world went black. Winner Izuku Yagi Midnight exclaimed. Izuku lifted his left arm in the same pose as his father.

Nezu smiled as he watched Izuku finally lower his arm and walked out of the arena. I think your son dedicated this win to you. All Might felt the pride in his chest and wiped a tear from his eye. Eri was bouncing up and down shouting my daddy won. Eri I need you to stay with Nezu for now I'll be back after I hand out the medals.

Momo jumped out of her seat and shouted yes. Todoroki stood up and quickly walked away. He didn't want Momo to see the anger on his face. Ochaco and Tsuyu cheered loudly as Izuku lifted his arm in victory. Mina smiled and said we should throw a party. that sounds like a great idea Kyoka said, how about my place she continued.

Bakugo woke in Recovery Girls office angry, not only did he lose it was nationally televised. I'm not going on stage I lost Bakugo shouted. you came in second she said calmly. Ha! Bakugo scoffed that just means I'm the first loser. All Might was walking down the hallway when he heard the shouting, and hurried into the nurse's office. A section of the field split open and the three winners began to raise up. As the winners raised up on their podiums. The crowd began to cheer until the saw Bakugo. He was muzzled and shackled. the crowd began to laugh. Todoroki looked nonplussed as Bakugo struggled to fee himself. All Might jumped down from the private booth he was in, he placed the medals on the winners.
