Ingredients:-

Jaggery - 1 cup.

Milk - 1/2 cup.

Pure clarified butter - 3-4 tbs.

Green cardamom - 2-3.

Funnel seeds - 1 tbs.

Almonds peeled - 15-20.

Coconut - 1/4 cup.

Basmati rice - 1 cup ( soaked & boiled until 3/4 th done).

Pure clarified butter - 1 tsp.

Method:-

In a saucepan, add jaggery & milk , mix well & cook & set aside.....

In pot, add pure clarified butter, & let it melt....

Add green cardamom, funnel seeds, & mix well....

Add coconut & fry for 1 minute....

Now add melted jaggery, milk mixture & mix well....

Add rice, give it a good mix, & cook until it dries up.....

Add pure clarified butter, cover & steam cook on low flame for 5 minutes & serve....
