Ingredients:-
Oil 1 tbs.
Onion 1.
Garlic 1 tbs.
Cumin 1 tsp.
Curry leaves 4-5.
Tomato chopped 1.
Turmeric 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp or to taste.
Garam masala 1/2 tsp.
Yellow lentil soaked for 30 minutes 1 cup.
Green chilli 3-4.
Coriander leaves 2 tbs.
Water 4 cups.
Ghee 2 tbs.
Button chilli 3-4.
Garlic slice 4-5 cloves.
Cumin 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Method:-
In a pan, heat oil, & add onions, fry them, add garlic, cumin seeds, curry leaves, & fry with onion until brown.....
Add tomato, turmeric, salt, garam masala, & cook until, tomatoes are soft, add moong dal & fry for 3-4 minutes.....
Add green chilli, coriander, & 4 cups of water, cook for few more minutes....
Now cover & cook moong lentil, it's become soft, stir moong lentil in between, until desired gravy, dish out moong lentil in a bowl.....
To prepare tadka, in a frying pan, heat oil, button chilli, garlic & zeera & then red chillies , fry quickly & add to the bowl of cooked moong dal....
Delicious tadke wali moong dal is ready.....
Serve with ghee rice, & chapati....
