CUSTARD ICE CREAM.

Ingredients:-

Milk - 1/2 litre.

Sugar - 3/4 cup or to taste.

Vanilla custard powder - 3 tbs.

Milk - 1/4 cup.

Ice cubes - 2 cups.

Condensed milk - 1/2 cup.

Chocolate syrup for garnishing.

Method:-

In a saucepan, add milk & bring it to boil....

Add sugar , mix well, & cook until sugar is dissolved....

In custard powder, add milk & whisk well....

Add dissolve custard, mix continuously, & cook until custard thickens.....

Let it cool down....

In a bowl, add ice cubes, & place another bowl, add cream & beat well until fluffy, & set aside.....

On bowl, place sifter, add prepared custard, & strain it....

Add condensed milk & mix well....

Add whipping cream & fold gently until combined....

Now add the mixture in air tight container, jar, cover with cling film, & lid, Freeze it for 8 hours to overnight in freezer.....

Drizzle chocolate syrup & serve....
