Ingredients:-
Tomatoes - 1/2 kg.
Water - 2 cups.
Olive oil - 3 tbs.
Garlic crushed - 1 tbs.
Onion finely chopped - 1/4 cup.
Carrot finely chopped - 1/4 cup.
Tomato paste - 2 tbs.
Yakhni (stock) - 2 cups.
Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste.
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
Flour - 1 tsp or as required.
Water if required.
Method:-
Wash & remove the top core of tomatoes & cut in 4 halves.
In pot, add tomatoes & water, bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 20 minutes & let them cool....
In grinder, add tomatoes with remaining water, & blend well.....
In pot, add olive oil, garlic & mix well....
Add onion & fry until translucent....
Add carrot & mix well...
Add blended tomatoes, mix well & bring it to boil.....
Add tomato paste & stock, mix well & bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame for 20 - 25 minutes then sieve the whole tomato mixture.....
In pot, add sieve tomato puree, & bring it to boil, add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, & mix well.....
Sprinkle flour & mix well continuously.....
If required, add water, mix well & simmer for 2 minutes.....
In serving bowl, add tomato soup, cream, & serve hot....
