Ingredients:-
Oil - 4 tbs.
Bay leaves - 2-3.
Cinnamon sticks - 2.
Cloves - 5-6.
Green cardamom - 4-5.
Cumin seeds - 1 tbs.
Basmati rice - 2 cups soaked for 30 minutes.
Water - 4-5 cups.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Method:-
In a pot, add cooking oil, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, cumin seeds mix well....
Add basmati rice & mix well, add water, salt & mix, bring it to boil, cook until water is reduced.....
Cover & steam cook for 8-10 minutes....
Serve with dal fry....
