Ingredients:-

Oil - 1/2 cup.

Chicken - 1/2 kg.

Garlic paste - 1 tbs.

Tomatoes - 3-4 medium.

Black pepper crushed - 1 tsp or to taste.

Salt - 1 tsp or to taste.

Fresh coriander chopped.

Ginger julienne.

Method:-

In a wok, add oil, chicken, mix well until changes colour.....

Add garlic paste, mix well, & fry until golden....

Add tomatoes, cover & cook on low flame, for 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.....

Remove skin, mix well & cook on high flame, For 2-3 minutes.....

Add green chillies & mix well.....

Add black pepper crushed , salt, & mix well for 1-2 minutes.....

Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger & serve.....
