ALOO BONDA.

Ingredients:-

Potato - 1 kg ( boiled & mashed).

Oil- 3 tbs.

Mustard seeds - 1 tbs.

Green chilli chopped - 3-4.

Curry leaves - 1 bunch.

Onion chopped - 3.

Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.

Turmeric powder - 2 tbs.

Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste.

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbs.

Hing 1 pinch.

Gram flour sifted - 2 cups.

Water - 3 tbs.

Cornflour - 3 tbs.

Method:-

Prepare Aloo masala:-
In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it....

Add mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves, & mix well.....

Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, hing & mix well....

Add boiled potato mix well until well combined.....

Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.....

Prepare gram flour batter:-

In a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cornflour, water & mix well....

Prepare pakora:-

Grease hands with oil, take a mixture of aloo masala, make a ball....

Make it 15-20 balls.

Dip the balls in gram flour batter, & fry in hot oil....

After frying Aloo bonda, take out in a plate & serve with tomato ketchup.....
