GHEE RICE.

Ingredients:-

Boiled rice - 1 kg.

Fried onions - 2 cups.

Onions - 1 cup.

Black cardamom - 1.

Green cardamom - 3-4.

Cinnamon sticks - 2.

Cloves - 2-3.

Star anise - 2.

Cashew nuts - 1 cup.

Kishmish - 1 cup.

Ghee - 2 cup.

Fried onions for garnishing.

Green chilli - 2-3.

Curry leaves - 3-4.

Salt- 1 tbs.

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.

Method:-

In a wok, add ghee onions & fry until golden brown.....

Take out half quantity of fried onions & set aside....

In the same pan, add ghee, onions, black cardamom, green chilli, green cardamom, cloves, star anise, Kishmish, cinnamon sticks, curry leaves & mix well....

And cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes.....

Add boiled rice & mix well....

In a frying pan add eggs & fry until it's done.....

Add eggs in the same wok, & mix evenly....

Cover & cook for 2 minutes & take out in a plate serve with daal fry.....
