Ingredients:-
Potato - 1 kg Sliced.
Gram flour sifted - 2 cups.
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp.
Corn flour - 3 tbs.
Water - 1 cup.
Cooking oil for frying.
Method:-
In a bowl, add gram flour sifted, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, water mix well.....
Make a thick batter....
Dip the potato slices in gram flour batter & fry.....
Stir for 2 minutes, turn around and fry another side....
Makes 15 - 20 pakoras.
Green chutney.
Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Green chillies - 5-6.
Water - 1 cup.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method:-
In a bowl, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, water....
Blend well & make a paste....
Enjoy with Aloo pakora....
