Ingredients:-
Vermicelli - 2 pack.
Oil - 3 tbs.
Onion chopped - 3.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp.
Tomatoes - 7-8.
Water - 2 cups.
Red chilli powder - 2 tbs.
Mint leaves - 15-16.
Method:-
In a wok, add cooking oil, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste & mix well.....
Add red chilli Powder, garam masala powder, salt & mix well....
In a blender, add tomatoes & blend well & set aside....
Stir well & add tomato puree, & mix well....
Cook for 5 minutes....
Add water & bring it to boil.....
Add mint leaves & mix well....
Add vermicelli & mix well....
Cover & cook for 10 minutes.....
After cooking take out in a bowl & serve hot....
Enjoy your breakfast....
Garnish with green chillies & serve....
