Chapter 40: is this it?

Narrator:

Golf Ball was almost done fixing the
Portal machine once again. This time though, she did it without the help of anyone she considered they were holding her back.
"Hahaha! Finally! The respect, the praise, the ultimate likeness from every ant here... I will be-" she couldn't help but feel like something was nearby. Something or rather someone ready to cause trouble.
However, she didn't see anything. No object was seen in her sight but she still had to check and look around just in case.
"I swear... If it's that annoying Apple that comes down here, asking for definitions again I will.." Golf ball muttered to herself, quietly

Though, what Golf ball didn't know was that in the opposite direction that she was headed, there was a mischievous trouble maker. It Already aware of what it was gonna do next.

"Hey guys, for a prank-
Mess with Golf balls super important Portal machine by turning it on without it being fully ready!" Blocky turned the Portal on while Golf ball wasn't looking.

"NO! YOU MORON!" Unfortunately,
She was too late to stop Blocky and the Portal already began to awake.

The Portals light blinded the two objects and it began to lift up into the air.
It was loud and everything around it started to levitate as well.
The Portal pulled and pulled and in a blink of an eye, the inanimate insanity Objects started to pour in. Confused and scared they screamed but the Portal only got stronger as it broke through the factory's ceiling and flouted outside, only getting bigger and bigger.
Two and the other two hosts went outside only to find this enormous hole, sucking up all the I.I. objects.
"What's happening?!" Two yelled while looking at all of the damage the Portal has caused so far.

When the last Inanimate insanity contestant enters the Portal, it instantly shrinks to nothingness.
It left a giant hole on the ground leading to Golf balls factory. It also caused some damage to the Hotel and the plants around.
Later on, Golf ball and Blocky came out with GB face all shocking but extremely pissed and Blockys face all goofy and proud.

"Blocky you appsolute-"
"Genius? I know." Said Blocky with a smirk across his face.
Golf ball just looked at him like she was gonna kick him hard in-between his legs. But resisted due to the tiredness.

Test tube P.O.V:

I found Lightbulb odd but I think that was just me. All of a sudden, the ground started to shake and a green portal opened.
Wait... A green- A GREEN PORTAL!
Contestants dropped in, one by one and it just.. amazed me.
The Portal grew bigger and I heard a loud sound coming from the cave. It was..
Taco2 was being dragged to the air, she was screaming creepily and went in.
I thought that was it until I saw him again.
Knife2, flouting towards the Portal.
He was fully calm but the appirences alone made me wonder how he was still alive.

it took me by surprise that the Lightbulb we were wondering with also started to fly away. She was pretending? ... Huh..

Wait so where IS she then?

"Heya guys! About the long wait..
I kinda forgot you and played 10 rounds of Uno with me and myself. The other me totally ditched me though! And-
Oh there he is! Baxter! Oh I've missed you!" Lightbulb picked Baxter up and hugged him while totally avoiding the fact that the Portal just opened. Oh and Microphone is also here.

I wanted to yell at them for being inresponsible and ignorant but something tapped my shoulder.
"H-hey umm Test tube... It's been awhile hasn't it?" I couldn't believe it. It was Fan.
I quickly hugged him tight, ignoring that I might be choking him.
"I.. I missed you too..!" I wasn't crying but I did sniff a little.
"Haha.. I can tell!" Said Fan after I finish the hug.

Narrator:

Test tube, Microphone, Fan and Knife learned that not all adventures are fun and silly. They can be dangerous and can include fear. Test tube in particular learned that she can not always trust someone that is like you. Who knows how they would respond to something you did.
As for Golf ball, she learned the hard way that work doesn't always come with success and respect. It was quiet hard to swallow the fact that Blocky got more praise for 'doing what was right'. Actually she didn't even except it until months later, when she was almost over it.
Teardrop learned a bit of trust when facing objects.

And what happened to Taco? She remains a mystery once again. She disappeared without a trace and the last person to see her was Knife2 but he is gone as well.
So in conclusion, Taco is reported missing.
Some say though that you can hear her voice when wondering to the woods at night. But who actually knows if it's true.

Everything went back to normal like it was and Mephone had a great idea what to do next.........
