A few days passed once more, and now I was actually being forced to see this guy from Joyeon's dating app.

I groaned, staring at myself in the mirror.

Yes I was ready, yes I looked cute. But did I want to go? No.

I just wanted to stay around Niki, and he seemed awfully clingy too.

I walked downstairs, looking at Niki who was just sat babysitting his sister's son once again. Jaehyun was in Niki's arms, staring at the tv which was playing some cartoon that he seemed to be deeply immersed in.

He glanced at me, looked back swiftly at the tv, then second glanced me, this time staring at me.

"Where are you going?" Niki raised a brow gently, a swoop of jealousy evidently claiming his face.

I rolled my eyes lightly, behind his back, then looked at him and recalled his words for when I asked him where he was going.

"Somewhere. Be back soon." I fed him his exact words, and Niki placed Jaehyun down, standing up and looking at me with a wicked smirk.

"Is that so?" Niki's deep voice stopped me from leaving, I turned around, he was leant on a wall, staring at me with his arms crossed.

"Uh yeah, I'm sure our contract stated that all I had to do was get married to you, correct?" I scoffed, not letting him say a single word more. I left the house, taking one of his cars to drive out and towards the location.

Despite being in a restaurant with another man, I couldn't help but think of Niki. I know I really had to get that man out of my heart, but I couldn't bring myself to do so, even with the imagery of him explicitly saying he feels nothing for me.

Nothing worked on me, nothing could get this man out of my head.

I found myself zoning out for half of the date. It was the same things with all men majority anyways, he asked basic questions, tried to make jokes - which failed - and instead a really weird atmosphere was just created.

"I can't believe you don't have a boyfriend. You are so gorgeous." He complimented me, once more, and I gave a fake smile, thanking him and what not.

"At first, when I swiped on Joyeon and she messaged me saying that her friend was gonna come instead, I was nervous that you'd be ugly and fat, but woah, now I'm thankful I even came." He gave a cheesy grin, and I gave a nervous laugh, that was not the compliment I really wanted to hear.

The waiter came up to us, requesting our dishes.

"I'll take a steak with fries, along with some red wine." He looked at me, "and she'll take a salad and red wine too."

I stared at him blankly, did he just order for me? I watched as the waiter scribbled down the food, walking away. I glared at Seojun, I don't think I have ever experienced such arrogance.

"I figured you didn't want to eat something too high in calories, you know, so you stay skinny." Seojun chuckled, thinking he was doing me such a great favour.

I gave a low scowl, fighting the urge to just stand up and leave. At least with Niki, we could both eat the shit out of anything with no care for calories or weight.

I didn't even like red wine!?

"I actually don't like red wine." I stared at him, crossing my eyes with an unamused look on my face.

Seojun gave a small laugh, almost choking on his glass. He looked at me, eyes totally not regretful of any of his words or actions.

"Is that so? Wow, I've never met a woman who doesn't enjoy red wine." He placed my glass beside his, "I suppose you'll have to just drink the water from the dispenser over there." And just as I thought his words couldn't get any worse, he decided to make me drink from the water dispenser.

I didn't want to be here anymore, at all. The food arrived, and my salad looked so boring. So boring. It was so not ideal for me, and it felt as if I was some kind of camel, chewing on the same pieces of vegetables for ages.

Seojun was enjoying his steak deeply, nodding his head and giving out mm's in every occasion possible. Again, he persisted with his stupid joking and snarky comments, to which I just gave up with even trying to fake a laugh. I just ignored him.

"You know, last date I had, the woman ordered a bunch of food, and I was actually shocked at how she could eat all of that high calorie stuff - I mean, as a woman, aren't you supposed to look after your figure and stuff?" Seojun continued to dig himself in a deeper grave, I was just hoping for something to save me from this hell in a person.

I don't think I've ever met such an insufferable person than him.
