Chapter 38

3rd Person's POV:

The said time arrived and the whole house was asleep except three souls. Wonwoo was guiding Yongsun to Hana's bedroom in the dark. He reached a door and slowly opened it, quickly regretting. In front of him stood Wonho. He was looking directly at him. Wonwoo gulped and was pushed inside by Yongsun, who's eyes also widened.

Wonwoo cursed under his breath and looked sheepishly at his father. "Hey dad! Just wanted to wish you a good night." He smiled at him, still receiving no answer. Wonho walked past both Yongsun and Wonwoo, who blankly looked at each other before realizing that Wonho was sleepwalking, again. Wonwoo stopped him and guided him back to his bedroom and tucked him in his bed.

"Is orange called orange because orange is orange or orange is called orange because orange is orange." Wonho said. Both Wonwoo and Yongsun looked at each other and shrugged. They tiptoed out of the room while holding their breaths and immediately rushed to Hana's room with soft footsteps.

They opened her door and saw her sitting on her bed, playing on her phone. She looked up and saw the troubled expression on her parent's faces. "What happened?" She asked them and they took a deep breath.

"We almost got caught." Yongsun said making her eyes go wide. "By whom?" "Dad" Wonwoo replied to her question. "What happened?" She questioned again and Yongsun recited the whole story to Hana making her eyes go wide.

Hana giggled softly, "But hey, his question still made sense even after having eight-time orange in it." Wonwoo said making both the mother daughter look at him with a boring expression. "If I say this to Jungkook or your uncle too, they will also say the same thing." Yongsun said while looking back at Hana, who nodded in agreement. "Men in this household are quite dense." She whispered back to her receiving a chuckle from her mother and a high-five.

Wonwoo rolled his eyes and then chuckled. Did he hear them? Yes. Does he agree with them? Yes. He knew he has a no say in this. He smiled seeing his daughter smile, but then it soon vanished when he received a message from Sungcheol, his butler, telling him that he is waiting near the gates.

"Time to go girls." He said to the mother-daughter pair who were engrossed in their conversation on their skin care routine. They nodded. Hana took the bag that she was going to carry and walked from the room followed by Wonwoo. She didn't need to carry much of her stuff but only important ones, like some documents, her new phone, some clothes for the small trip and anything else which seem important to her.

The trio walked quietly towards the back door (*aggressively dances*) and exited the place. They sat in the car in which Sungcheol was waiting for them.

"You didn't tell me who is accompanying me?" Hana asked her father and he just glanced from the passenger's seat. "You will know." He answered while looking forwards. After a few moments of silence, she again opened her mouth, "Is it someone I know? How can you trust someone this easily with your daughter? What if he/she is a danger to my safety?" She questioned while looking at him innocently.

"One thing I am very sure of is that the person in danger will be him, not you." Wonwoo said while smirking and looking at her. "I am pretty sure you won't let your martial art skills go to waste." Hana sheepishly grinned and then looked at her mother, who was silently staring at her. "What happened, mom?" She asked her. "Nothing." She spoke. "Just...... Just take care of yourself and don't dare to skip meals or you will fall ill." She said while looking outside the window.

Hana nodded and copied her actions. They soon arrived at the airport and left the car. They stopped by the entrance, to wait for the person, who was going to accompany Hana. Hana looked around and spotted a camera. She immediately turned to her parents.
