" And so this is Christmas (war is over). "

"Happy Christmas Eve!" Keira smiled as she opened her front door to Bradley who stood with a duffle bag and a shopping bag full of wrapped presents for Keira and her family.

"You too." Bradley said as he pulled her into a hug and kissing her cheek.

"Alright, come in, we're going to leave in a couple hours, I just have to finish wrapping and sending presents." Keira let him in, leading him to the kitchen table where there was a pile of presents and card, some wrapped and some not.

"Wow and I thought I brought a lot." Bradley joked as he took a seat opposite her.

"Oh, no these are for my other friends." She said as she continued wrapping the remaining presents and putting them in a large bag to get owl'd.

"How many friends have you got?" He laughed, looking at the large amount of things she'd bought.

"There's just the seven, but I went a bit all-out since I haven't seen them in a while and felt bad." Keira shrugged.

"Do they live far away?"

"Not really, there's just been some things going on and I thought it was best if I kept my distance. Kind of for my own personal sanity really." Keira chuckled as Brad nodded, "Anyway, enough with that depressing shit." She said flicking her wand to her vinyl player which started playing her vinyl of Christmas songs.

After a bit, as the sun was setting, Keira and Bradley stepped into her fireplace, floo-ing to her parents home in Cornwall.

"We're here!" Keira called, walking through the warm house with Bradley beside her, hearing talking coming from the kitchen.

"Keira!" Her family greeted her in hugs.

"This is Bradley, everyone." She said introducing him to her family who all shook hands with him, except Julia who gave him a hug.

"I set up the spare room for you, Bradley, Keira can show you to it." Julia smiled warmly.

"Thank you." He smiled before Keira led him up the stairs and to his room where he put his bags down.

"The bathroom is just down the hall and my room is just opposite," Keira said pointing to the door opposite his room, "So if you need anything, that's where I am."

The family then spent the evening eating dinner around the TV, just having takeaway pizza like they do every Christmas Eve.

"What made you come to London?" Oliver asked Bradley.

"I was working in the Magical Congress in New York, but I got a promotion which meant I had to relocate to the Ministry in London."

"That's similar to what I did." Christopher said, "I worked in the Magical Congress and got relocated."

"Cool coincidence." Bradley smiled.

"What department do you work in?" Luca asked.

"I'm an Auror Trainer, so I work under the Magical Law Enforcement department."

"Oh, so same as Keira." Paige smiled, mostly looking at Keira.

"Yeah, we met because my boss made me show him 'round the department." Keira laughed quietly.

The rest of the night was spent in the living room, Bradley telling Keira's family more about himself until everyone went up to bed.

"Here." Keira handed Bradley a beer she grabbed from the fridge, they were the only ones left downstairs.
