"Hehe, hide and seek everyone" she yells getting up
This girl gets up on the bed, steeping over cabir and I, she jumps down the bed and runs like she is high on crack
"You fucker, you better not hurt her again" abhi smacks my head
"I won't, made a mistake but it will not happen again"
"Yeah let's not because she acts strong but she isn't"
"Do you have a problem with it? With her and I?" I ask abhi
"No, she is happy around you and her confidence is higher than it was before. Plus you have been nicer and less moody around her so it's a win win. I love you both and if you two are happy with each other then I have no issues but keep it PG13, I do not wish to see you two doing shit on the kichtne counter" I chuckle
'Don't worry we will do it on the couch"
'MANIK" he yells making me laugh
"Helloooo I am hiding" nandini yells making me smile
"Count to 10 baby" I yell back
"See you two tonight" cabir says
"Yeah"
"Go find her before she yells again" abhi mumbles
I chuckle nodding, she will start yelling for me if she doesn't hear my steps trying to find her, I actually love how much innocence she has, it's wonderful
i walk to Nandini's room, she only hides behind her bed because there is room there, she is so cute.
'Come out come out wherever you are" I sing
"Ahhh" she screams as I pop my head behind the bed
"Haha my munchkin, come here" she giggles getting out from behind the bed
She throws her arms to me wrapping them around my neck as I pick her up, her legs wrap around my waists
"What's with you and hide and seek?" I ask
"It's fun hehe I can always hear you stomping to my room" she says
"I know you can, lets pick a different spot next time okay?"
"yes sir" I smile kissing her head
"We are going to this party, would you like to go to the mall with me prior?" I ask
"For what?'
'To get you a gown baby"
"Ohhh it's fancy like that?"
"So fancy" I tease
"I have this silver gown, can I try it on for you and if you don't like it then we can go shopping" she asks
'Sure thing, do you have heels?"
"I do but I do not guarantee me walking properly"
i chuckle hearing her
"I will go and put on a suit" her eyes widen hearing me
"Woahh suit, like a black one" she asks
"That right, a black one with details"
"Oh what colour details?"
'red"
"can I wear a red dress then?"
"You can wear whatever your heart desires doll" she grins nodding
She rested her head on my shoulder humming random things as I sat on her bed
"I gave your t shirt back but I think I want it back now" she mumbles
"Yeah? The black one?' I ask remembering it being on my bed last night
"Yes that one and the white and another black one. You know they fit me like dresses and I love to sleep in them" she says
"You can have my whole wardrobe"
"Hehe I don't want your boxers though I do think you are a bit OCD"
"Excuse me?"
"You organize them hehe" she giggles
"You went through my underwear drawer?" I ask
she nods giggling like a guilty child
"May I know why?"
"Im curious, you left me in your room for a while that day when you had a meeting so I snooped around but I did leave your bathroom drawers, so if you ever want to hide anything from me, that's the place" she says caressing my face
"Yeah? I feel like thats the first place you'd go to if I hid anything"
"No, said who?' I chuckle at her words
i love how soft her features are, her soft round nose, her beautiful eyes and those pouty plum lips
she smiles kissing my lips.
"Should I go get ready and you can tell me which dress you like?"
"Sure thing, wanna come to my room with these dresses?"
She nods getting off my lap, she grabs a few dresses throwing them on her shoulder huffing
'So much work"
"Is it?' I ask picking her up
"Woah, is that not heavy?" She asks
"I have these muscles for a reason"
"cocky much"
"Nope" I say placing her on my bed
"Okay so I like this if your suit has red lining" she says grabbing a red dress
"Go try it on for me"
She nods walking to my bathroom while I sat there trying to figure out how to mend us, I mean we are fine right now and she forgave me but I want to make up for the shitty mistake I made
"Woah man this is not too covering" I hear her voice
"Come out love"
"No wait, it looks very mhm I don't know how to word it"
"Can I come in there then?"
"Yeah"
I make my way to the bathroom, I wiggle the doorknob and slip inside.
My jaw drops to the floor seeing her, she stood there in this beautiful red dress, it wasn't the brightest shade of red but the perfect shade honestly.
"Nandini"
"I think it's a bit short, I do like the colour on me though' she says looking at herself in the mirror
"Baby you look incredible" I whisper sitting on the edge of the bathtub
"Do you really think so?" she asks turning around stepping towards me
"I don't just think so, I know so doll. You look perfect, like an angel" I whipper wrapping my arms around her legs resting them curled behind her thighs
she smiles sitting down on my thigh, my arms around her back.
"You look stunning baby, what's the problem?" I ask kissing her head
"My head is the problem, I don't wear such dresses but it's not because I don't want to but because I wasn't allowed to and now all of a sudden I can do what I want and wear what I wish, it feels weird"
"I understand that, do you feel comfortable in this?" I ask
"Yeah"
"Then let's get dressed up and head out, don't think too much. It's just you and I" she nods
Something was going on with her and I know it so I quickly texted cabir and Abhi letting them know we aren't going instead I was going to take her somewhere else
"Hey baby, ill be right back okay"
"Sounds good" she says from the bathroom
