CHAPTER 19: BAKUGO VS TOKOYAMI

{Ellie Todoroki}

It all comes down to this. I will find out who I would be facing in the final round. It's Tokoyami vs Bakugo.

"This is the second round of the semi finals. These two had won their respective matches to get here. From the hero course Katsuki Bakugo vs Fumikage Tokoyami" Mic announced.

"BEGIN!"

Tokoyami summoned Dark Shadow to try and attack Bakugo but he managed to dodge the attack as he his fueled himself into the air.

He went towards Tokoyami then attempted to exploded him out of bounds but Dark Shadow grabbed him to fling him back onto the ground.

Instead of landing onto the ground, Bakugo did a giant explosion in front of Tokoyami as he flew back towards the edge of the stage.

"Tokoyami is out of bounds! Bakugo is the winner!" Midnight announced.

"Bakugo advances to the finals! That means Todoroki and Bakugo will face off in the finals!" Mic announced.

<TIME SKIP A LITTLE>

I was on the way to have something to eat when I bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry...I wasn't looking where I was going" I said, apologetically.

"It's ok, I wasn't paying attention myself" Kirishima said.

"Kirishima? Why are you here?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I was heading to the snack bar. Do you want to come with me?" Kirishima asked.

"Yeah, sure" I said.

He grabbed my hand as the two of us walked to the snack bar together and I could not help but blush a little. The two of us finally reached the snack bar.

"What are you getting Kirishima?" I asked.

"I was thinking the steak. What are you going to get?" Kirishima said, smirking a little.

"I was thinking the chicken sliders" I said.

"I'll go get them, why don't you go find us a place to sit" Kirishima said.

"Sounds good. I'll see you in a few Kirishima" I said.

'Here is a good spot' I thought to myself. I sat down and I was soaking up some sun. A few minutes later, Kirishima joined you along with the snacks and drinks. He has gotten himself a steak and for me some chicken sliders along with two grape juices.

"Thanks Kirishima, how much do I owe you?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it, it's my treat" he said, confidently.

The two of us were enjoying the food in silence until Kirishima decided to speak up.

"Hey Ellie, how are you feeling going into the final match against Bakugo?" Kirishima asked.

"A little nervous since it is the first time I would be facing him in a match" I said.

"Don't get nervous, I think that you are going to win for sure. We better go back inside since it is coming up soon" Kirishima said as he smiled a little. He helped me up and grabbed my hand as the two of us were heading back inside.

"This is the far I go Kirishima" I said as the two of us reached the stands.

"Good luck Ellie. I still think that you might win" Kirishima said as he was heading to the stands.

"Kirishima...wait" I said hesitantly.

"What is it?" he asked.

I went up to him as I placed a light kiss on Kirishima's cheek.

I was walking away as I'm not looking back with my face on fire.

Kirishima is looking at my retreating figure with a light blush on his face.

{Eijiro Kirishima}

I went back to my seat with my face still flushed a little.

"Hey Kirishima, are you feeling alright?" Mina asked, looking worried.

"N-No, I am not" I said, looking really sad.

"What's wrong Kirishima?" Mina asked.

"Ellie kissed me on the cheek and I have no idea why" I said, really embarrassed as my cheeks heat up.

"She just acting on her feelings towards you Kirishima" Mina teased.

"Her feelings?" I asked, really confused.

"She really likes you Kirishima and you like her too" Mina said, confidently.

'N-No, we couldn't possibly' I thought to myself as my face heated up.

Is Mina right, do we like each other?
