CHAPTER 89: HALF OF SHOTO'S STRENGTH

{Shoto Todoroki}

I just watched Tokoyami and Ellie head back to the others before I headed down the stairs. As I was heading towards the base with my teammates, I can't help but replay what Tokoyami said just now.

'The last great battle sure' I thought to myself.

"I'll go Plus Ultra Prominence Burn!" Endeavor called out before he burned that Nomu as the new Number One Hero.

{FLASHBACK - SHOTO'S PAST}

'Shoto, you must learn this move if you want to advance. Touya and Ellie have got the potential, even though they have more fire power than me. You must try to catch up to them if you want to be on the same level as them!' Endeavor said.

{PRESENT}

"Todoroki..." somebody said.

"Todoroki?" somebody said again.

"Hmm?" I said as I pulled myself out of my thoughts.

"Is there something wrong? You have got a puzzled look on your face" Iida said.

"Really?" I said.

"Is it true that you are worried about something?" he said.

"No, I will be ok, thank you for asking" I said.

"He isn't exactly the most expressive person so I didn't notice, that is really impressive Iida" Ojiro said.

"It is my responsibility, I am the Class Rep, I must aide any of our troubled peers" Iida said as he is holding his helmet in the air.

"You seem really cheerful than usual" Shoji said.

"Yes, I am! My brother's recovery is going really well" he said with a smile.

"Whoa, that's really great to hear!" Ojiro said with a smile.

"I also have the duty to uphold my brother's honor and live up to his name, I am watching everyone really closely but that means everyone's watching me too. I was fourth place in the sports festival and I will show everyone that I am a worthy successor" Iida said as he put his helmet on.

Iida is a great class representative, leader and a friend.

And he will make his brother proud on day if he hasn't already.

{Ellie Todoroki}

Me and the other students are watching the camera and just listed to what Iida just said.

"A worthy successor, huh?" Midoriya said as I rubbing my head a little.

"Because he is the new Ingenium and inherited his brother's name, honor and more" I said with a small smile.

"I am really glad that his brother's recovery is doing well. Hey Ellie, you feeling ok?" Midoriya said as he looked at me.

"Me too, good for him since Iida has been through enough. And yeah, just a little headache" I said.

"He has and me too Ellie and so has Todoroki too since we were there with him" Midoriya said.

"I remember since I had to scold him a little" I said as my headache went away and starting to feel a little bit cold.
