CHAPTER 48: THE FIRE IS BURNIN' REALLY BRIGHT

The next day in Mr Aizawa's homeroom class, I was sitting at my desk listening to Mr Aizawa's lecture.

"I believe that I mentioned this already but your main focus this summer is obtaining your provisional hero licenses..." he started to say.

"Yes sir" all of us said.

"Don't take this lightly, a hero license means that you are responsible for human lives, you can imagine that the exam to receive one is very difficult. Only 50% of students pass this required for these permits each year. In order to prepare today, you will considerate on creating something new" he continued as Cementoss, Midnight and Electoplasm walked into the room.

"Hmmm?" Bakugo grunted behind me.

"Ultimate moves are total hero work" I said with a small smile.

"When we say ultimate, we need a move to ensure you win against your opponent" Electoplasm said.

"An action so unique to your identity so no other person can hope to copy it. Simply put it, you must learn to lean into your strengths" Cementoss added, raising a finger.

"Your moves represent who you are. These days, most Pro Heroes have an ultimate move, those who don't have one are fools" Midnight finished with a wink.

"This may sound abstract but we will explain more as the day goes on, for now change into your hero costumes and meet us in Gym Gamma" he finished.

I got out of my seat and grabbed my hero costume and I am heading to the locker room with the girls.

"I will see you in a few pebble" Eijiro said, pecking me on the cheek.

"Yes, you will red" I said with a light blush on my face.

"No kiss for me?" he teased.

"Eijiro!" I yelled before kissing his cheek.

He just blushed.

"She's mine guys so remember that!" he stated.

"They know red, now go" I said while I was heading to the locker room.

{THE LOCKER ROOM}

I opened up my locker and started to take off my clothes.

"You two are acting all lovely dovey, aren't you?" the girls teased.

"GIRLS! We're not!" I yelled.

"You are Ellie, it's really cute!" Mina teased.

"S-Stop that, it is really embarrassing" I stuttered with a blush.

I finished putting my hero costume on and I put my hair into a ponytail and headed out towards Gym Gamma.

{GYM GAMMA}

"There is my beautiful girl" Eijiro said as he put his arm around me.

"E-Eijiro!" I yelped with a slight blush.

"Gym Gamma. Also known as the Training Dining Land or TDL for short" Mr Aizawa explained.

"This facility was my idea. We could prepare unique terrains and obstacles for each student in here. In here, you will learn to serve justice. Hence the name" Cementoss explained as he activated his quirk to make the training field.

"The training camp was interrupted but the practice you did get in is to develop your quirks was part of the process that was needed to create these defining abilities. Now that you are caught up, you will be working to create powerful moves of your own in the next 10 days or so, this how will you spend the remainder of your summer vacation. In addition, you should think of how you can really improve your costumes, especially now that you have a better understanding of your quirks. I expect each of you to go plus ultra, do you have it in you?" Mr Aizawa said.
