CHAPTER 61: FUTURE HERO RED

I'm chasing down that guy who hit Suneater into an alleyway.

"Leave me alone! Stop chasing me!" he called out.

"I will if you stop running, you should at least save your buddies, should you?" I said.

"That's what your mad about?" he asked.

"You shot someone and then ran away just to save yourself, not much of a man are you? It's a dead end which means your mine!" I called out.

"Get away from me" the villain said as he attacked me.

"Red counter!" I yelled as I punched him.

"That was nothing, now come quietly or it is going to get a lot worse wait...are you crying?" I said as he laid on the ground.

"It isn't fair you know. What my quirk does is popping out blades about 10 centimeters long like a bunch of dinky box cutters of course, I wanna save my bros you jerk but I'm scared. At least I was brave to shoot them" he said in tears.

"Shut up! If you're going to cry about getting caught then you should not be committing crimes in the first place. Come on, up you go" I said, helping him up off the ground.

"I want to get stronger, I thought if I hung out with strong guys, I could get strong" he said.

"Look, I know how you feel but..." I started to say.

"If I have stuck with my bros, I would have a real shot, you don't understand anything hero so don't act like you do" he said as he took out a syringe out of his pocket and injected it into his neck.

"Hang on, what did you do to yourself. Hey, are you ok? What did you do? What did you do?" I said.

'It is like he has suddenly powered up, I have heard about drugs that burst your quirk and stuff on the news but this is crazy. If he gets back onto a busy street, it will be a disaster, I have to end this right here' I thought to myself.

"Everybody, find someplace that his blades can't reach!" I called out to the bystanders.

"He is cutting me with his blades, the blades are sharper than my hardening...I can't get loose" I said.

"And that is what you get for being a cocky hero, you talk all big about manliness but my boys said the age of you so called good boys is crashing down in flames. That means the world will belong to people like me who leave in the shadows, I am such a crazy high right now. I think that I will take your advice and go butt up some heroes to save my friends" he said, shooting his blades again.

I gotta take this guy down!

I stayed behind waiting for the authorities to fill them on the situation while Fat and Red ran off.

"Thanks to you guys, these criminals are part of a gang selling some illegal drugs around this area, we were looking for a chance to nab them for a while" a police officer said.

"That must be why my quirks attacking like this, you shot me up with something" I said to a villain while holding up my arm.

"You think I spill for you chicken foot" he said.

"That's just cruel" I said as I turned against the wall.

"Anyway, leave the rest to us, we will handle it" the police officer said.

Kirishima, Fat...I've got a bad bad feeling about this.
