Meet Mondo Gecko

~My POV~
I was sketching a doorway to something after I dreamed of something that someone was calling to me. I felt the tap before saw Nessie, yelped and my line has slid out of sketch. "Nessie, you spook me." I said. "Sorry sis, anyway. I got a big problem. Mikey, Jet, Slip, Ein, Pierce, Noi and I are SUPER bored and we got nothing to do. So, will you hang out with us?" Nessie asked. "Sorry Ness, I love to, but I gotta sketch on my dreams. Which by the way, you got me jumpy and the line is out of sketch." I said. "Oh sorry! I'm super sorry, I'll just go." Nessie said before she walked off sadly. I knew I wanna hang out with her, but I gotta focus on my dreams and sketching them. I resumed it by flipping the next page and starts the lines again.
~Nessie's POV~
I walked away to Mikey, Jet, Slip, Ein, Noi and Pierce. "Did you guys got some people to hang out?" I asked. "Nada, no body wanna out with us. They're too busy with everything else." Mikey said. "I even checked on Raph, but he seems busy with some of the toys." Ein said. "This is nuts, there's nothing we got!" I said before we walked to the living room, Mikey groaned in disappointment. "Hey guys, wanna hangout?" We heard Casey asked us. Our eyes sparkled. "We will!" We said. I grabbed my sister's skateboard. "Let's go!" I said.
~At the Surface~
We started skateboarding and rollblading on the rooftop. "Wahoo!" Noi said. "Yeah!" Pierce and Ein said. "Up and away!" Jet said when he stick the landing. "Whoo!" Slip said. "This is amazing!" I said. "Cowabunga!" A voice said before we got knocked over. I yelped but got caught by someone, I glanced up to see Noi holding me from falling and he was flustered. "Thank you, Noi." I said before got up from his hold and glanced at the mutant skater. "Another mutant?!" Ein, Noi and Pierce said in unison. "He's awesome! His name should totally be a... Rad Lizard! No, wait, Skatermander! No, that's lame. No, I got it! 'Mondo Gecko!'." Mikey said. Then the lizard skater stopped in front of us and held his skateboard. "Dude, that name sucks! And I'll make you pay for it! Do you know what happened to the last dude that called me names?" Mondo asked us. Slip came up. "How should we know? We just met you." Slip said. Then Mondo laughed that got some of us confused. "You should see the look on your faces! I'm just joshing you, dudes and dudette! So, you're a mutant, too? I'm Jason, the most awesome pro skater in the world!" Mondo said. "Well, we're gonna call you Mondo, just like my sister said to me yesterday. Plus, you're such a adorable gecko." I said. "You're not so bad yourself, sweetheart." Mondo said, that I felt Noi, Jet and Slip's jealousy bubbled. "I don't even know what a gecko is." Casey said. I turned to Casey. "Well Casey, we can blink. Geckos are different from us. Check this." I said before Mondo licked his eyes. "See? They can't blink, so they have to lick their eyeballs to keep them moist." I said. Pierce got shocked and amazed. "I've always wanted to lick my own eyeballs!" Pierce said before he tried to use his tongue to reach his eyeballs, tried to. I sweat softly in discomfort. "I doubt you can do that, Pierce." I said. "So you were a pro skater?" Casey asked Mondo. "Kinda. I'm gnarly enough to go pro. Look at what being a gecko gets me." Mondo said before he started to skate around and crawls like a Gecko pro skater. "Whoa, he's quick!" Noi said. "That's what geckos are for." I said to Noi. "So, uh how did you become a gecko, dude?" Mikey asked Mondo. "It all started last year I was skating my half-pipe which I totally built myself. Awesome, right? It was just me and my pet gecko, Lars, when some crazy ooze fell out of the sky! Turned me into the last thing I touched, my gecko. I totally became a gecko person! Excellent! But then, my parents kicked me out. I wound up on the street, but it's all good! 'Cause I made tons of friends, like you guys! I also shred in my metal band, Savage Bliss! Whoa, look at me now, look at me now, look at me, whoo!" Mondo said mimicking his guitar sound. I chuckled softly before got pulled to join the others. "Dude! There's something about Mondo that I don't trust. For real, guys." Casey whispers to us. "Casey, he can lick his own eyeballs!" Pierce said softly. "Besides, I feel responsible. It's kinda sorta our fault, with the mutagen spill and all. Even before Nessie was born." Mikey said. "Yea, no kidding Mikes." I said to Mikey. "Wait up, Mondo! Booyakasha!" Mikey said when he follows Mondo. "Booyakasha?" Noi asked. "It's Mikey's call-out for fights or fun. Come on. Booyakasha!" I said before we followed Mikey and Mondo.
~At the Lair~
~My POV~
I finished my sketching before sets the sketchbook aside to see Kim reading the book and I joined her. I heard April getting impatient. "Casey's not gonna stop skating just for homework. Tell him it's homework and hockey tickets." Raph said to April. I facepalm softly before Waunu, Zane and Aph joined us. "They've been gone a while. Mikey plus Casey plus Ein plus Pierce plus Noi plus too much time on their hands equals trouble." Leo said. "Relax Leo. Nessie, Jet and Slip are with them to keep them out of trouble." Miah said. "Yeah, I kinda feel bad for us not hanging out with Nessie." Erika said when she is crocheting. "Don't feel too bad, Nessie just wanted attention from all of us from going overboard on boredom." Zane said. "True Zane, but still." I said. "Oh, come on guys. What kind of trouble could they really get into?" Donnie asked. I looked at the ground with a worried face. 'Big trouble indeed.' I thought to myself.

~Nessie's POV~
We skated on the road when there's no heavy traffic. The boys accidentally passed the homeless man, even Ein has crashed into it. I stopped to help him pick a lot of trash and gave him my $15 I saved on from EC's allowance. "Sorry sir, my friends are very happy today. Bye. Wait up!" I said before skated my board to catch up to them. "Come on, slowpoke! You're way too nice." Pierce said. "What do you mean?" I asked. "What Pierce is trying to say is you're too cute to be nice around people. You gotta learn to defend yourself in the open world! Never trust anyone who is acting the emotions!" Ein said. I got defended. "Excuse me, boys?! I was helping him. Helping others is my middle name!" I said before skated to follow the other half. "Check the dog!" Mondo said when he skids on the pipes. "One thing, bro. 'Booyakasha!' sounds way cooler than 'cowabunga!'." Mikey said. "But 'goongala' is the best!" Casey said. "Dude, don't even get me started on 'goongala.' But 'cowabunga?'. Way too old school, bro!" Mikey said. "Old school's the only school!" Mondo said before he accidentally has his arm hitting my leg, I struggled before yelped and fell over the ledge. But I got grabbed by my arms, noticed Jet and Slip held me and they pulled me back onto the roof. "Thanks, you guys." I said before lightly peck Jet and Slip's cheeks and go to grab my skateboard. "Sorry dudette, forgot you're near me." Mondo said. "That's okay, I must've forgotten to speak up." I said with a cheery tone. "Yep, too nice." Pierce said to Ein before Mikey tapped Pierce's head. "Hey! Nessie is being kind." Mikey said. "That's the thing, Nessie is too nice to everyone!" Ein said. Then we heard something then Mikey went over to check it out. "What you guys doing?" Mikey asked. "Uh, we're helping a friend move his valuables to our hideout?" A voice asked. That made my heart stopped at the voice. 'Purple Dragons.' I thought to myself. "Hmm... That's cool. Good luck with that." Mikey said before I ran to Mikey. "Mikey! You know they're lying to throw you off track, right?" I asked before Mikey realized and jumped in front of them. I joined them as well with Casey, Slip and Jet. "You put that stuff back where it came from!" Mikey said. "Says who? A turtle freak?" Another voice asked. I turned to see Hun. "Aw, great. Hun." Casey said. "Oh fiddle sticks!" I said. "Up for a rematch, Hockey Boy and Angel Girl? This time, I'm ready for your tricks." Hun said. "Mikey, Jet and Slip! Take care of the Dragons!" I said before we charged. Casey tried to get Hun but he got hit by Hun. I yelled while trying to get Hun, but got flipped and got pinned on the ground, face first. "I could use a girl who knows how to move much." Hun said. "Oi! Tsukande iru te o nesunesu kara hanashite kudasai!" I heard Noi said in Japanese before felt Hun off me. I got up to see Noi hitting Hun a couple but got hit. "Be careful, Noi!" I said. Then Mondo came in, Noi got kicked away and I helped Noi off. "Another pathetic freak?" Hun asked. Mondo got really mad by the name. "Do you know what happened to the last person that called me names?" Mondo asked before he charged, Hun has his hand on Mondo's head. "Rope-a-dope! That's right, punk! I got you!" Mondo said. Ein and Pierce facepalm. Then Hun kicks and punches Mondo then pushed off the roof. Mondo yelled in fear. I had the brooch out. "Heaven Prism power, make up!" I shouted before changed into Heaven. I jumped and grabbed Mondo. "Heaven angel chain!" I said before the chain summons and it wraps around the pole before swings. I yelled before got up the edge with Mondo to get Hun. Everything turned slow motion as Hun moved before we crashed into the Purple Dragons. Everything turned back normal as we got up. "Stay here, catch your breath." I said to Mondo before ran to help the boys. "What up Hun?" Casey asked before we ran to attack him. Hun easily had overthrow us. I sat up, glanced at my skateboard before grabbed it and pushed it near the edge. Hun has stepped on my skateboard and slipped down to the dumpster. I got up while held my arm. "Sucka!" I said before grabbed my skateboard and we ran to Mikey finishing tying the Purple Dragons. "Done and done." Mikey said. "And take that! And that! And one of these! And this, and-." Mondo got stopped by Casey. "Whoa, whoa! Fight's over, bro! Relax, we won!" Casey said. "You guys saved my life! On the streets, it's everyone for themselves out there." Mondo said. "Friends don't let friends get kicked off of buildings, dude." Mikey said. "Unlike some people who doesn't know the true meaning of kindness." I said, referring to Ein and Pierce. I got my paper and pencil from my small backpack. "All right, let me leave the calling card and we can get outta here." I said before Noi came and has his back face to me. I place the paper on his back and wrote it. I fold it up and slip it into the arm of a Purple Dragon for cops to see. Then I saw Mondo digging. "Hey, what are you doing?" I asked. "Just digging. Whoa! 30,000 smackeroos! This'll really help a gecko out." Mondo said. "Hey, that's stealing!" I said. "Only from the bad guy's personal stash!" Mondo said. "Put it back, Mondo!" Casey said as Noi, Jet and Slip joined him. "Make me, Casey!" Mondo said. "We love to!" Noi said before I ran between them with Mikey. "Cool it, guys! Can't we all just skate along?" Mikey asked. "Yeah, after all everyone deserves a second chance!" I said before my hand got swatted away by an irritated Slip. "We'll never accept that." Slip said. "Well, if you think of it, why don't we just stay away?!" I said before they nodded. "We're glad to do so!" Jet said before he, Slip, Noi and Casey walked off. "Besides, we don't hang with criminals." Noi said to me. "We're out like your mom in a beauty pageant. Peace!" Casey said as they walked away from us. "Skateboarding is not a crime! C'mon, guys. Let's hang out at my place." Mondo said before he leads the others, but I was standing there, looked at the direction the four went. My hot tears streamed down before I wiped them and got mad, walked off to follow them.
~At the Lair~
~My POV~
I was watching Hazbin Hotel on my laptop before I felt hot tears down my cheeks, I realized Nessie must've been upset. 'Something's wrong.' I thought to myself before wiped them away and turned to see Donnie and Raph are playing the game and Raph had beating Donnie that Miah comforted Donnie. "Raph for the win! In yo' face! Who's next? Who can give me some real competition? Casey?" Raph asked before he remembers. "Oh, right. He's gone." Raph said before Martin came up and talked to us as soon he finished Aph and Aaron's training. " 'What kind of trouble could they really get into?'. They've been gone all night!" Martin said. "Casey and Mikey are big boys. They can take care of themselves." Raph said. "With Ein and Pierce? Good luck with them. They know how to do pranks on others." Aph said to Raph. "Not really, I felt hot tears on my cheeks when I was watching a good series. Nessie must've been upset about something or a bad conflict has gone between them to drive them apart. I felt something's not right. Drift, can you contact your minicons?" I asked Drift. "I will do my best." Drift said before he tried before heard nothing. "My students aren't picking up." Drift said. "Casey's signal is lost." Raph said. "Mikey's not picking up either." April said. "Noi isn't picking up too." Kim said. I grabbed my small computer before got Nessie's location on her phone. "At least Nessie still got a signal I can track. Come on!" I said before we headed to the Shell raiser.

~Nessie's POV~
I walked with them to the manhole after I changed back into my citizen form. Once we got there, I felt some bad aura coming from the manhole. 'Uh oh... Something ain't right.' I thought to myself. "Whoa! You live in the sewers, too?" Mikey asked before Mondo opens the lid. "Of course. Mr. X has taken a lot of us mutants in." Mondo said before he climbed down first. "Mr. X?" Ein asked when we started to follow him. "You guys never heard of Mr. X? Great man. He gave me a home, a job. Maybe if he likes you guys, he could give you four a job, too!" Mondo said. "Mikey and I already got a job. Mikey's a ninja and I'm a Guardian, dog!" I said. Ein yelped before I pushed him. I climbed down before jumped and got caught by Mikey and we followed Mondo. "Come on, dude. Just a little further." Mondo said. We saw a new part of the sewer that we never discovered. "Where are we? We've never seen this part of the sewer before." Mikey said before the cage fell on top of us four. We yelped from it. "I knew it." I said. "Run, run, run! Before you get caught, run!" Pierce said in fear. "Guys, I'm sorry." Mondo said before I noticed the silhouette came up and patted Mondo on his shoulder for the success. "Excellent job, amigo. You lured the team, despite the blue highlighted boy and the sky blue black boy, right into my trap." A voice said. "Hey!" Ein and Pierce said before the silhouette came out to reveal... Fishface. "Fishface?" Mikey asked before Fishface pushed Mikey before I caught him. "Hey! He was asking the question." I said. "But that name he called me is an insult! I am Xever! But you four can call me Mr. X." Fishface said. "Mondo, how could you? I thought we were pals, dude!" Pierce said in a betrayed tone. "You sure the turtles, Guardians and Autobots are as bad as you say, Mr. X?" Mondo asked Fishface. "Stamp out any sympathy you might feel for them, even for the angelic lady, for tonight, they race to the death!" Fishface said in an almighty tone. "What?!" Mikey, Ein, Pierce and I said in unison. "That wasn't the deal! I thought it was just a normal race!" Mondo said before he got pushed to the ground by a man with grey hair. "Stay away from Xever, errand boy." The grey haired man said. "Stand down, Steeljaw." Fishface said to Steeljaw. "Mondo!" Ein and Pierce said in unison. "Why are you doing this, Fishface? Answer!" I said. "It is simple economics, really. Mutants get entertained, I make money, everyone wins. Well, not you are going to lose, tartaruga, senors and senorita. Such ashame to ask you out." Fishface said to me. I got mad before spat on Fishface before got pushed to the ground by Steeljaw. "Boys! Take them to the cell!" Steeljaw said before six more silhouettes came out to reveal the Team Steeljaw in holoforms. They grabbed us and they took us to the cell. We got pushed in and the door closed. Ein ran and bang on the door. "Oh shoot, we're dead!" Pierce said. "Oh we are, alright." A voice said before the shadows revealed Casey, Noi and the minicons.

~My POV~
Donnie checked Nessie's signal while I checked the radio signal so much for any report. "We're close. Not much... Uh oh." Donnie said when he lost it. "That can't be good." April said. "Not good at all." KC said fearfully. "Not all is lost, listen to the police radio!" I said before I turned the radio to speaker and repeat the announcement was noted a while ago. "3rd and Sullivan, members of the Purple Dragons with the small note "For cops, from Nessie" written inside of their pockets." The police report said. "Well, at least we know we're close! Let's go!" Leo said. I took off the headphones and held my arm. I felt Nessie's bruise. "We better hurry, who knows something will happen to them." I said.
~In the Sewers~
~Nessie's POV~
I was pacing around in fear while the boys are arguing. "I don't want to say 'I told you so' about Mondo- No, wait, I totally want to say 'I told you so!'." Casey said. "Guys! Stop it, okay?! It's not his fault! Fishface has used him to lure us into his trap, so now we need a way to stop this and set Mondo free! Like I said, everyone deserves a second chance! Especially you two, despite you two tried to take my kindness away!" I said to Ein and Pierce. Mikey, Casey, Jet and Slip got mad. "You what?!" Mikey said. "How could you two say that?" Casey asked. "Well, we need to let her know she is too nice." Ein said. "Are you, saying that Nessie isn't well prepared to be SUPER nice to everyone?" Jet asked in an anger tone. "Bring Nessie's true personality down again, EC will have your behind." Slip said. Then we heard a pss. Then we saw Mondo near the doorway. "Mondo." I said cheerfully. "Sorry about all this, dudes and dudette. Fishface is bogus! Totally getting you out of here!" Mondo said before he pulled the key to try to get us free. But the light turned on and Mondo yelped as he fell to the floor startled. We saw Fishface on the wires with a microphone on hand. "Ohh, Jason, Jason, Jason. You were one of my most promising errand boys. But helping the enemy escape? You are dead to me. In fact, let's make that official, eh? You're going to compete in the race. Right now!" Fishface said before the lights turned on to reveal every mutant and bad guy we fought. "Double bogus." Mondo said. "Totally." Mikey said. Pierce yelped a bit. "Oh we're not out of the woods yet. We got to fight this for our lives." I said. The cell doors open. "Ladies and gentlemutants! In tonight's race: ten competitors, one survivor! No rules! Whoever crosses the finish line first wins and gets the prize of the sacred Holy Grail! "In Mr. X's X-treme Skate to the Death Death-a-thon 5000" Can you dig it?" Fishface asked. Then the bad guys cheered as the image on screen to see the Holy Grail at the finish line.
