Wichapas laid the unconscious body down on the bed. He stood beside the bed and continued looking at the body. Build's face was full of bruises and small wounds, the side of his lips was swollen and slightly blue. He shifted his gaze on his wrists, faint red marks were seen. Wichapas' eyes traveled down his ankles. He saw red marks on both feet's indicating that the chains were tight. It must hurt a lot. His heart clenched once again. Build was hurt. Build was afraid. But he was not there to help him.

The door of the guest room opened. Prem, along with a tall man and a petite woman, entered. They paid respect to the man whose eyes never left the body on the bed.

"Sir, the doctor and the nurse you requested are now here." Prem dropped a paper bag on the side table, containing the new pair of clothes.

The doctor started examining Build and the nurse started to ready everything that the doctor needed.

"Do we have to bring him to the hospital?" Wichapas asked the doctor. He refused to bring him to the hospital earlier due to the fear that there might be Lord Sonchai's people waiting to attack them.

"I haven't seen any major damage but his body went through a lot. His vital signs are okay. We have to wait for him to wake up and if he complains about something serious, we need to bring him to the hospital. We are going to clean his wounds and give him some medications." the doctor explained. Wichapas nods as an answer. The doctor and the nurse continue their job.

"I already called the head housemaid of his family. She's heading here right now. The people you asked to go to the island to look for his father have already left." Prem said. "Sir, would you like to take a rest? You haven't eaten and rested since yesterday afternoon."

Wichapas battled with his thoughts. He can't leave Build right now. His mind debated about it. But he needs to calm down. Build is safe now. Nobody can hurt him now that he is in his care.

"Stay here with him. I'll wash up quickly." He didn't wait for any answer. He strode out of the room and went to his own bedroom, which happens to be only next door. No, it's not a coincidence. He purposely chooses the guest room beside his room to make sure Build is near him all the time. Though it might not be useful because he's not planning to leave Build's side for so long.

He went inside the bathroom and stepped on the shower. He took a hot shower to calm his body. He's thinking of a lot of things right now. What would he do to Lord Sonchai? How does Lord Arphus knew where they are? How can he make Build more safe after all of this? Despite all the questions, there is only one thing he is sure of. He'll never let Build be hurt again. He'll do everything he can to make him safe. After a very quick shower, he got himself a new set of clothes and went back to the next room. He's not wasting any second. When he entered the room, he saw Aunt Praya sitting beside the bed. Build's wounds on his face were patched up but the man is still sleeping.

"Lord Wichapas," Aunt Praya stood up and bowed to him. "I can't express how thankful I am to you."

"You don't have to. I already sent someone to the island to look for his father." Wichapas' eyes still never left Build's face.

"Mr. Prem said you haven't rested yet. Would you like to take a rest for now? I'll keep an eye on him." Aunt Praya said, going back to his seat.

"I'm fine. How about you? I know you're worried. You can take another guest room here if you want to take a rest." Wichapas looked at the worried face of the woman.

"The doctor said he will wake up soon. Besides, it's almost daylight. I might go back home to make something for him to eat."

Wichapas wondered his eyes to look for a clock, almost four in the morning. So many things happened over the night. "Just use the kitchen downstairs. He might look for you if he wakes up."
