"mom I don't need a fuckin tutor !!"

"mind your language Kang Taehyun !! I'm your mom ! and you are getting a tutor !!"

"just because i didn't score well in one exam ?? you can't be serious right now !! I've been a topper all my life and i still am !! it's just one exam-"

His mom ignored him and continued cooking the food. Taehyun shouted in annoyance and stomped inside his room. He couldn't believe he was gonna get tutored.

It was 5 in the evening and Taehyun heard the doorbell ringing.

"Taehyun !! can you get it ?? it must be your tutor !!"

Taehyun rolled his eyes and slammed his phone down on the bed. He left his room and opened the main door. He was completely flabbergasted when he saw a tall and handsome man at his door.

He blinked his doe eyes and kept staring at the said person. His eyes examined all his features and he couldn't get over the skin that looked so smooth and eyes that stared back at him innocently.

"is he here ??"

Taehyun's mom asked, walking towards the door. Taehyun was brought back to reality. He looked away and realised his face was burning. He looked down and stepped aside so that his mom could meet the person.

"oh Soobin-ssi, why are you still standing there"

His mom moved aside. Soobin bowed to her and walked inside. They got seated on the couch and Taehyun couldn't stop staring at him. If this was the person that was gonna tutor him, he was willing to fail all his exams.

"This is my son Taehyun... He is a really intelligent kid but i don't know why he hasn't been focused lately-"

"mom !! It's just one-"

"he isn't studying well so I hope you can help him"

Taehyun sighed and looked away. No matter how much he liked the way Soobin looked, this was embarrassing for him. A uni student who was in first year was gonna get tutored ?

"Oh i can totally help with that!! Actually I'm in my third year so I won't be able to teach him in the morning.. if that's fine with you"

"of course Soobin-ssi"

Soobin smiled and turned at Taehyun who looked even more embarassed. A first year student getting tutored by a third year student ?? Great.

He forced a smile at Soobin and walked to his bedroom. Soobin followed him and looked around. Taehyun's room was perfectly cleaned and organised.

The room looked simple and classic. Taehyun stood in front of his desk and waited for Soobin to look at him. Soobin walked over and sat down on one of the chairs. Taehyun sat down on the chair beside him and took out his books from the desk.

Soobin's eyes scanned Taehyun's notes and all the annotations on his subject books.

"you've already studied it all ?"

Taehyun nodded and sighed.

"actually... my mom wants me to get a full score on every exam... and I do get those"
