"you still didn't tell me what you're giving me for my birthday"

"am i not enough for you ??"

Yeonjun sighed and chuckled, hugging Beomgyu from behind while he cooked ramen for both of them. Beomgyu turned around, wrapping his arms around Yeonjun's neck.

"seriously though...is there anything you need ?"

"you know i was joking right ? I don't need anything....your presence is more than anything i could ever ask for"

Yeonjun shifted to the side and lifted Beomgyu up, making him sit on the counter. He kissed his neck softly, making Beomgyu breath with his mouth open. They've always had the hottest makeout sessions but never took it further.

Yeonjun didn't want to make Beomgyu uncomfortable and decided to make a move only with his consent. And for Beomgyu, he just waited for the right time.

Yeonjun bit his neck softly, making Beomgyu moan. Beomgyu wrapped his legs around Yeonjun's torso pulling him closer. The lid of the pan fell due to the vapours, making both of them flinch. Beomgyu pushed Yeonjun away and turned off the stove.

"I've told you so many times not to distract me when I'm cooking"

"i can't help it...."

They ate dinner and went to bed together, snuggling close to each other. Yeonjun checked the time. It was only 11 and Beomgyu was already sleeping. He pouted, a bit disappointed.

"are you sleeping baby ?"

"hm ? yeah why ?"

"nothing...just asking"

Beomgyu smirked and turned his back towards Yeonjun, pretending to sleep. Yeonjun hugged him from behind, snuggling his face in his neck and drifting to sleep.

He woke up on hearing some noises from the kitchen. He extended his arms but Beomgyu wasn't in bed.

"gyu ? baby ?"

He sat up and rubbed his eyes.

"love ? are you there ?"

He stood up and walked outside only to see a balloon kept on the dining table with a note.

'You thought i was asleep ?'

"Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday dear junie~ Happy Birthday to you~~"

Beomgyu came from behind the balloon, holding a small cake in his hands. Yeonjun blushed and chuckled, hiding his face.

"you seriously..."

"come on !! make a wish now !!"

Yeonjun stepped closer to Beomgyu and closed his eyes, making a wish. He blew out the candles and hugged Beomgyu.

"Thank you so much baby"

"of course hyung"

Beomgyu kissed Yeonjun and put some icing on his face, running away.
