Beomgyu watched the numbers get higher as he waited for the lift to reach the CEO's floor. The lift dinged which meant he was on the 15th floor now.

He walked out and bowed to the employees on his way to the CEO's office. Everyone was super sweet and friendly there. Beomgyu talked to almost everyone in the company.

He bowed at the secretary and she scrunched her nose, slowly shaking her head which meant the boss wasn't in a good mood. Beomgyu thought about it and looked at the lunch box bag in his hands. He decided that he'll ask someone else to send the lunch.

Some days he ate together with the CEO who also happened to be his 'husband', well 'arranged' husband to be more particular. And some days he asked the staff or other employees to deliver it to his office if he was too lazy or wanted to eat with his co-workers instead.

He was about to turn around when the door opened. He froze on the spot and forced a smile to the employee who was exiting his office.

Well now he had already noticed Beomgyu so he couldn't turn around. He took a deep breath and walked inside. He noticed the tensed look on his face and prayed that he doesn't become his victim today.

"Let's have lunch hyung"

"I'm not hungry"

Beomgyu gnawed at his lower lip. He still continued to pull a chair beside him and sat down, opening the lunchboxes.

"I said I'm not hungry"

"You still need to eat... You don't eat breakfast too and there's a lot of time left for dinner so-"

"You're not leaving are you?"

Beomgyu pressed his lips together and shook his head.

Choi Yeonjun, the CEO of Moa Cooperation was known for being cold. His aura was scary and everyone feared his gaze. Beomgyu worked in a small office in the same company.

Their parents were business partners so they arranged their marriage. None of them objected to it and married each other. It has been seven months since their marriage, yet they never talked properly or had a deep conversation.

Beomgyu knew Yeonjun cared for him because Yeonjun made efforts to make sure he was safe and well protected. But the conversation gap between them always upset him.

He didn't like how they never talked about each other's feelings and often wondered if Yeonjun was just pretending to care. However, this wasn't the case for Yeonjun.

Beomgyu was the first person who he started making efforts for. Beomgyu was the only person who he was weak for. Even the employees started to notice the change in his personality after marrying Beomgyu even though it wasn't much.

He kept his files aside and picked up the chopsticks. Beomgyu was relieved but he kept eating as if he didn't care. Yeonjun knew Beomgyu liked him or maybe more but he never talked about it.

He was really poor at those conversations and he didn't want his own husband to think he was weird. Beomgyu cleaned up the table once they were done eating and walked out.

He ran towards the elevator when he saw it closing and got in right on time. Even though the elevator was full, there was some space for him so he stood in front.
