Yeonjun held Beomgyu's hand and caressed it.

"it'll be alright love"

Beomgyu sighed and nodded. They got out of the car and intertwined their hands before walking inside Beomgyu's parents' house. Surprisingly, they let them in with smiling faces which were suspicious to Beomgyu.

They sat together for sometime and had dinner. Beomgyu's mom called him in the room for some talks afterwards and both Beomgyu and Yeonjun knew what was coming. Beomgyu's dad indulged Yeonjun in a conversation, distracting him from Beomgyu.

"uh mom... is it something important-"

"what do you think ? you think we've accepted this ?? you got into a relationship with a boy, we stopped you but you didn't listen, you married him without out permission and you're still not listening to us ?"

"what do you want me to do ??"

"get a divorce !!"

"why would i ?? I love him mom-"

Beomgyu's ear rang and he felt a sting on his cheek. He looked up with teary eyes, putting a hand on his cheek.

"i won't divorce him !! i love him i love him i love him !!"

"what did i do to give birth to a child like you !! you're good for nothing !! your elder brother is far better than you !!"

"then why didn't you just kill me when i was born ?! why ??"

"because we thought maybe you'd make us happy but you're the complete opposite !! a disappointment !!"

Beomgyu's tears were unstoppable. His throat was hurting from all the shouting and choking. He felt dizzy and wanted to end his life right then and there. He has heard those words before but he didn't know why it hurt so much.

"you can go and die... i won't care !!"

Beomgyu looked up in disbelief. How can a mother say that to her own child ? He just stumbled backwards and walked out of the room. Yeonjun held him right when he was about to open the front door.

Beomgyu looked at Yeonjun and he knew he heard it all. They were shouting so it was obvious. Yeonjun just clenched his jaw and walked outside, holding Beomgyu's wrist.

Once they reached their car, he enveloped him in a tight hug, whispering comforting words in his ear. Beomgyu cried his heart and frustration out but it would never end.

He knew his suffering would go on forever because his parents were shitty asf-

"I'm here for you love.. shhh it's okay"

"h-hyung- *sob* sh-she-"

"it's alright love"

Yeonjun didn't break the hug until Beomgyu's sobs lowered. He pulled away and cupped Beomgyu's face. He softly smiled and kissed his forehead.

"let's go home hm ?"

Beomgyu nodded and they got in the car. The whole car ride was silent. Beomgyu was zoned out, looking out of the window while Yeonjun kept glancing at him.
